  Hot tub out of service, 5/10 games are out of service in the pool area. No notice of this on the website. We stayed here a year ago for two nights and it was overall a very pleasant stay with nothing out of service or broken. I wouldn’t have booked it again if I knew it was in this condition/ situation. Outside of hotel definitely needs some maintenance and repairs. Retaining wall fallen in the back parking lot - just set up cones around it. Room was clean upon arrival.

  Pictures online looked nothing like the rooms in person. They were extremely old, dated, and overall felt unsafe. All night, there was a couple fighting/screaming at each other and drunk kids going through the hallways. There was a tub in our room with 2 very large mirrors next to it and we were pretty sure they were 2 way mirrors. On top of all of this, our power went out in the middle of the night. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  They Charged my card at the machine when I checked in then attempted to have me run it again. Had to call my bank and confirm it went through. They still didnt let me check in. I was late for a meeting and very upset. They took 30-45 mins calling their support line to verify I had just paid. Then I was able to check in. Also no elevator so dont bring heavy luggage for stairs.

  OK-- so overall our stay was good. I rated a 3 star because of the cigarette smoke smell that was vented into the room. Our room faced the parking lot and window was located right near the side entrance. The side entrance was the place everyone went to smoke. That smoke was vented right into our room all night. So in the morning all we smelled was an overpowering smell of smoke. The shower also didn't drain so when you showered you were just standing in calf high water. It was over all an OK hotel. A place to put our heads at night.

  Do not stay here, It does not have an Elevator, I requested a room on the first floor for my Husband that has an injured knee, and the lady and the reception said they don’t have rooms with a King bed on the first floor, which I know is a lie because I saw one. Horrible customer service and old hotel, very disapointing, for a person that can not be going up and down stairs with a bad knee
