I have stayed here at least 5 separate times at this point and the staff is consistently slow, untrained, in flexible and does not respond to the texts. Definitely the lower end of IHG experiences.
- LWLeah WilliamsAug 9, 20265.0I was in for the Lansing Jazzfest in Old Town Lansing. It was only 4 miles away and only took about 10 minutes to get there. Room was large, amenities were good although I used very little because I was only there to sleep. I appreciated the extra security in the front this hotel has. Only cons: my bed squeaked every time I moved and sank in the middle. Biggest con was when the thin curtain was pulled back to see the parking lot, it exposed the thickest nest of cobwebs I have seen. They ran the entire railing of the window. I can’t imagine that window sill had been dusted or cobwebs cleaned in a very long time. I did tell the front desk about it when I left. I would definitely stay here again but I would check the window sills before I unpack in my room again.
