- MBMary Berges4 days ago5.0This hotel is in a nice location, with a golf course next to it. There isn’t any breakfast, but free coffee is available. The room was very clean and quiet, with a microwave, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator. My only issue has to do with the reservation, which was for a suite with a sofa bed. There were water issues, so we were given a smaller room, with just a bed, no sofa bed. We were told that because the room was booked through a third party, Price Travel, they could not discount our room. We had booked through a wedding company with joy, and had no idea about Price Travel. Unfortunately, with joy has terrible customer service-you never get to talk with anyone, you just get AI emails that are meaningless. All said, I would recommend the hotel as long as you book directly with them.

- LALiz AgiusSep 29, 20265.0Rooms are spacious and clean. Designed for long stays every room has a full kitchen - few hotels even have a mini fridge anymore. Downtown Lansing doesn't have enough hotel space for conferences and this is in a better location with easy access to restaurants and shops, but away from congestion. Really friendly staff, and the GM Will helped a friend with car troubles. Above and beyond service!
