  Wonderful hotel in a college town! Mark was the most wonderful front desk person!! He was welcoming and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel! We will be staying here again!

  This hotel is one of the best in Kalamazoo especially if you have your fur babies. I will stay here on my next visit to Kalamazoo. The rooms have a kitchen, a sleeper sofa, a washroom with a tub, a separated sink from the washroom, closet, plenty of storage space, and of course a bed, the way you want it. There is a full size refrigerator so bring everything you want with you. There I I'm sorry about s a electric stove with two burners. You will have dishes, glasses, and silverware. You will also have paper towel and dishwashing liquid. If you plan on cooking while you're here, make sure you bring seasoning and food to cook. I prepared a meal for one of the days we were here. You will also have skillets, and pots to cook your food. There is a patio once you walk into the hotel and walk past the breakfast area and the sitting area. You can go outside and grill food. They have gas grills and a full size patio with tables and chairs. This is where you can also eat at or enjoy a nice day out. The pool is in the connecting building off the patio. If you have dogs there is an area that comes with bags for your dog waste and an area where they can poop in. There are plenty of restaurants close by. Some are in walking distance and some you can drive to. It's up to how long you love walking. There is a McDonald's right across the way. If you love walking, there's plenty of areas where you can walk in. I did a lot of walking towards the mall area with my dogs. Overall great hotel, and greater amenities. Make this place your next visit!

  We had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge-Kalamazoo, on 8-14-17-26. Kim/GM and staff, from front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast areas were all friendly, kind and helpful. Everyone interacted by saying hello, asking how you were doing or wishing you a pleasant day. And Kim personally helped us when we made an error on our reservation. We just wanted to share such a great experience, and thank all for a wonderful stay!

  Great stay here with the family. Much more space than I anticipated (three beds, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plus living area and kitchen). Clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good. Free laundry machines. Only minor suggestion is some maintenance on the fitness machines. Would definitely recommend this location.

  Such a wonderful place! EVERYONE makes my kids feel so welcomed and loved, which as a mom makes my heart happy😍Thank you all 💜 Highly recommend service is great, anyone at the front desk will jump right on to any help needed! Breakfast is perfect and the housekeeping is just as great 💜 (btw Tiffany is the best she makes the stay even more well 😊)
