  My time here has been great! When I first got here, I had a late check in because the room wasn’t ready, but I was compensated with a late checkout so I am satisfied with that. The food is really good, and the staff has been super friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The pool was clean. Great hotel!

  This had to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a while and note I am a loyal IHG member and have stayed at a number of IHG brands. We had a room with stained carpets, food under the couch, dirty hallway floors, our show handle fell off more than once, the maintenance person left the door ajar after he "fixed" it the first time and was left ajar until we came back hours later, the maintenance man left our door ajar because there was a problem with the door mechanics, he never came back to fix it again after asking the front desk, our fan/AC would only work on low and not work on high. When asking about changing rooms of course they were booked solid so that was a no go. The pool was cold and dirty so much so the kids would not even swim in it. We stayed for 3 nights and had the same breakfast every day when normally they will switch items for variety. This experience makes me question my loyalty for sure.

  Room was nice and big breakfast was good only bad thing was they had a promotion on there booking site you got money off if you open there credit card of like 300 off but once you open the card there is absolutely no way for you to use it because you have to wait for it to come in the mail which they dont tell you that and it dosnt help when you are booking for a stay thats only 3days away from the day you book it.thats very deceiving on there part

  This place was surprisingly good. Don't expect upscale and you will be most happy. Too much advertising about other IHG hotels and so-called membership on the web-site; the chain includes Kimpton and Inter Continental hotels, but also Holiday Inn. A real mix.
