  Nothing like the pictures. Service was terrible and the room smelled weird. Also, you can hear every movement that happened above us.

  Great place to stay. Especially if you're traveling with a pet. Would definitely stay here again. Only weird thing with our 2 night stay was both nights people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot on the back side of the hotel parking lot.

  Stayed two nights in king 1 bedroom suite. Wasn't explaining anything upon check in about housekeeping once a week. Second night I went to the front desk and got new towels. The same lady that checked me and the day before got me the towels and she apologized that she didn't explain things to me. Checked out Friday morning everything was good during our stay. Check my bank account on Saturday in the deposit I had for incidentals was refunded Friday, but then I had a charge for $27 with no explanation in an email,text message or phone call. I immediately called the location and whoever talk to me from the front desk looked it up and said they could see a charge $27 but said it doesn't say why. Just said I would have to call back Monday through Friday to talk to a manager. Posting this on a Saturday evening will have to call on Monday to find out why I was charged without any notification of anything.

  I am very disappointed and angry with this hotel. My husband and I stayed for three nights for a weekend getaway. We had a room with a sleeper sofa and upon checkout the staff accused us of damaging the carpet in the room. The damage that they claim we did was located under a coffee table (which was extremely dirty underneath)where it was not visible until you moved the furniture from the location for the sleeper sofa. I’ve tried numerous times to have a discussion with the manager John and have been told that he would call me back after speaking to housekeeping. I have never once received a return call. My husband and I only utilized the room to sleep and shower. We are adults and have never once damaged any hotel property. We frequently stay at IHG locations and are typically pleased, but not this time! I would avoid this location at all costs. Lesson learned to take pictures of the room when entering the property because if not you will be accused of damage and charged extra for something that already existed.

  The hotel was in a nice area! It was really clean. They offer a pantry where you can buy food and drinks. They have a small workout room with weights, treadmill and lifting machine. They have free washer and dryer and supply laundry detergent forva cost. ( pods are $1 ea, small 1 use tide powder is $2) No pool.
