- CDCharles DailyMay 12, 20261.0Got there without booking online and that was a mistake. Hostess told me I got the "last" room. The parking lot wasn't even half full. She then charged me nearly double what the bookings were showing on their website. Book ahead, everything else was fine.

- SWStacie WhiteApr 2, 20261.0I called last night and talked to a nice person at the front desk. Confirmed my reservation and made arrangements for early check-in. I get there today half hour before my confirmed time and the person was so rude told me a should read the policy. I told her we would wait. Went back up at confirmed time and showed her my phone and she did agree that was front desk number. She said kept saying I was booked under a third party. Told me to go home and they would call. Or she could cancel me. I asked her not to do that to a four year old. And told her that she wasn't looking for a good review and if I could speak to her manager. Said that was a threat and gave me business card with email and informed me that it goes through her. She said that was a threat and cancelled the room, informed me that she couldn't issue a refund on a third party and called 911. I left. She left kids with no room, no refund. I have a ticket with Best Western and I hope the Company will get a better person at the front desk.
