- NJNicole JoyceSep 22, 20264.0So, just being honest here. The staff is amazing here. They have a nice lobby & pool. The room was ok size for a handicapped accessible room. However, the a/c didn't work right & I was just way to tired to say anything. I would also like to say that the side of the bed that I slept on was uncomfortable. I think that it's because there was a very hefty person in that bed last or someone whom had horrible mobility issues. I say that be cause the mattress had a huge like divit I guess is the word I would use. I would also like to add that breakfast was good. However. It needed to be labeled better for those whom have food issues/allergies etc. As when the staff member is getting refills for things you can as them. Also, I wish there were individual bottles of milk, ketchup packets & yogurt (I might have missed seeing this though). I will also say that the potato that were available on Saturday, September 20th were super good. They looked like they were red skins & they tasted like they had rosemary or something on them. I can't wait to come back again. I will definitely take pictures again. I will also make sure that the a/c works as well & if not I will say something.

Last week, there were some issues: room not attended, coffee maker not working, that sort of thing. But, I'm back here, because I know Max will take care of it. The managers of this establishment are lucky that I'm not in the hotel business; I would steal Max.

- SFsummer furcaSep 5, 20262.0this hotel is very nice, unfortunately the staff is not. I kindly ask to have them grab my iPad from my room after checking out and they told me no they did not have it. I stayed on the phone standing in the front office for six minutes waiting for a person to come out, I asked her for my iPad and she said there wasn’t one. She then had one of the cleaning ladies help me, she handed me my iPad from the Lost and Found. That’s all I have to say.
