I was never told when making the reservation and it isn’t listed in the app. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! The hotel was ok, breakfast was Ok, the parking lot was completely full of pot holes and a total mess! $5 a day to park - shame on you Holiday Inn/ IHG I will be taking my business somewhere else! Disgusting Greed! I expected more respect than that!

The room was gross. The carpets were filthy and the furniture very outdated. My wife refused to get in the tub because it felt dirty. So much for our getaway. The location is great and the staff was friendly. There were signs advertising upcoming renovations, which will be nice. But for our two nights there, we were very displeased. Until renovations are done, I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Greg at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. He was very friendly and eager to serve. Miss Lavet who was in charge of the breakfast area was a pleasure to be greeted by first thing in the morning. We came down to breakfast to see her smiling face wishing us a good morning. The food area was very clean and organized. The biscuits and gravy hit the spot. Thank you both for doing a great job.
