She, and the other staff involved, made me feel like I was home, safe, and cared for. She truly did go above and beyond and I will forever be grateful that it was her helping during my stay. Thank you so much Johnette.

They have a michigan shaped pool with a indoor outdoor hot tub. The pool gets busy toward the weekend but I alot bigger then most of the Holiday inn. Staff was very helpful and really nice. Only one elevator so you might have to wait to use it. Breakfast the smallest I have seen In Holiday inn change so far but food was good. Small arcade and gym. Restaurants are near by and store are really close too. You will have a drive to get to lake michigan and beaches. I would check it out if your in holland.
