  Johnnette was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She went above and beyond for us. It was like 10 pm and I realized I had no more diapers for my nine months old! 😭 I went downstairs, hoping that maybe they had some for sale. She looked and she realized there was none so she got HER PHONE and door dashed me some and DID NOT CHARGED ME for them! I was blown away! 😮she was so sweet!! 🥲 but guess what… the order was cancelled by DoorDash because the store was closed for some reason … BUT SHE TRIED AGAIN UNTIL SHE GOT THE DIAPERS!!! This lady needs a promotion for amazing costumer service!!! She told me that she understood my situation! That she knew how it felt to be in a situation like mine (she has children of her own and now a grand baby💕) so she was going to do everything she could to help me. She made me feel like I was staying at her home and I was a real guest! I am definitely coming back to this hotel again. I loved it. She was amazing! Thank you johnnette !!! I will never forget what you did for us! Only a real friend does stuff like that! Anyone else could’ve been like oh, “I’m so sorry I can’t help “ but she took it personal! And really did everything she could. She is an example of true servant! It was a blessing to us!

  Great choice finding this hotel and location. Just close enough to downtown Holland to make it convenient and also a quiet escape at the end of the day. The pool area was fantastic. Large windows made it sunny and cozy. Indoor/outdoor hot tub was a bonus. Didn't eat breakfast since we spent most of our time eating at all of the great restaurants in the area. Definitely visiting this one again.

  Great place to stay. You can easily get to Holland, Saugatuck and Grand Haven within 20 or so minutes. Hotel is very clean and the pool area is a nice bonus.

  Hotel and rooms are dated, damaged and need to be updated. The room had an old musty smell to it. You can tell that there was previous water damage to the ceiling and walls that was not properly fixed. The furniture, carpet, etc is just all out of date and gross. The lighting is horrible everywhere but especially in the bathroom for getting ready and in the hallways. Even in the middle of the day it is so dark in the hallways it feels creepy. My room had literally no view out the window, it was directly looking the roof/ a wall. I will admit that the bed/ pillows were clean and comfortable enough for one night though. And the staff working at the hotel were very nice at check in. Overall not the worst property but it really needs to be updated! I will not be back unless they renovate.

  Did not give me the room type I reserved and refused to make it right. Would have stayed somewhere nicer if I had known. Front desk was completely unhelpful and basically just shrugged their shoulders at me. Never again.
