  I am staying while I relocate for work with a dog. The location is very central to different shopping and restaurants and the building and rooms are all very well maintained and clean. I feel safe walking the dog at various hours and the grounds are in great shape. The whole team has been friendly and professional. Stephanie has been particularly kind and helpful with various items even going as far as to deliver some extra items to my room. Would definitely recommend for long or short term stays.

  Went here for a weekend. Had a few issues with the shower that wouldn't shut off. We were moved to another room, but it also had a shower door issue. This is a newer hotel, so I am unsure why there are so many issues. The grout in the bathroom in the second room was coming out. We were not offered even a partial refund to compensate us for the issue of having our shower disrupted twice or having to move rooms to a less desirable room facing the parking lot. The juice machine also didn't work the first morning that we were there. Anyway, the hotel courtyard is nice, they have a fireplace and seating. We did enjoy it. Not sure if we will return here or go to another hotel next time.

  Our stay was great. Rooms are very quiet, clean, staff is friendly. Stephanie checked us in and was friendly, polite and pointed out the perks of our stay. Will happily stay here again!

  I’m honestly very disappointed with my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the experience started off poorly. When I checked into my room, there was hair on the bed, which is unacceptable for any hotel. I had to go back and request a room change immediately. The next morning didn’t improve things. Housekeeping never checked in or asked if I needed anything, even though I’m staying for multiple days. That basic level of service was completely missing. The most upsetting part, though, was during breakfast. While I was getting food, a staff member in the cafeteria specifically watched me and told me I couldn’t take more than a certain number of sausages. I’ve never experienced a hotel putting limits on breakfast like that—especially without clear signage—and it felt very targeted. You don’t know if I’m grabbing food for someone else or for kids. Being singled out like that made me feel uncomfortable and honestly disrespected. Overall, the service here has been disappointing and unwelcoming. I truly wish I had chosen Staybridge Suites Kentwood instead—it’s a much better experience in terms of service, breakfast quality, and overall comfort. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

  Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, pillows were nice, water pressure was good. AC was cold. The room I had , had a full kitchen which was cool. Staff is friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the fire pit and outside area . I asked to turn it on and they were happy to do so Another plus had a free taco dinner on the night I stayed
