  Clean, fairly new holiday inn express. It's in the middle of a residential area but less than 5 minutes to several restaurants and shopping centers. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was pretty good for a holiday inn express.

  I had a very bad experience right when I walked to the front desk and the lady completely ignored me gave an ugly attitude while me and my friends were waiting to get a room she didn’t wanna help so we ended leaving without a room, I wouldn’t recommend to anybody!!

  When we walked in the girl at the front desk did not talk to us. she just ignored us like we warned there, and after we said something she give us an ugly attitude so we left and we didn’t get any rooms.over all I would not recommend.

  Many thanks to Chrissi (front desk manager) for her exceptional customer service! She is super friendly and goes above and beyond to resolve guest concerns. A special shout-out to Jasmine (front desk) who is very helpful, attentive, and caring toward guests—and to Ashley (night auditor) for being impressively personable and composed, especially for 3rd shift. Clearly, attitude reflects leadership here and the collective goal is to make guests feel appreciated. Thank you! Top go-to location when in the area or passing through. Will definitely stay again!

  Hands down, best property i have stayed at in years. Pool, hot tub, game room pool table, quiet rooms, top dollar house keeping 24 hour fresh coffee, cookies and most of all the staff was very friendly and professional. I will be returning to this place whenever I'm in Grand Rapids. Since I have nothing bad to say, I did wish they had a sauna.
