- FKFranz KnightAug 7, 20262.0Very disappointed with housekeeping entering the room without even knocking well before checkout time, especially with the do not disturb sign on the door. complete lack of privacy. The hotel itself was an average Holiday Inn, you can expect typical cleanliness and conditions. Check-in staff was good, food was good, having the privacy interruption however makes it completely Unacceptable. This clearly happens often based on the photo you can see how many times the door has been busted wide open with the privacy latch open

- AKAmber KJun 29, 20262.0My husband and I staid at this hotel because due to a plumbing issue we did not have running water at our apartment. It was an awful experience. Firstly, finding the phone number to the actual hotel was impossible and every number that came up when you Googled the hotel led to an AI third party answering service. The answering service never once mentioned it was third party, got all my information wrong, and told me I would get a discounted rate (which turned out to be a lie). My employer has a contract with this hotel so I am supposed to get a discounted rate and the AI said I would get that at check in. At check in the manager first said we could contact the 3rd party to maybe possibly get the difference back and then said actually just sticking with the 3rd party would be cheaper (not sure how $145 is cheaper than $105). Then the fire alarm went off randomly for no reason and we had to vacate the hotel. The TVs are also not smart and only have cable channels and you have to make an account to use the WiFi (small issues but might be important to some people).
