- IBIssac BurgosSep 19, 20262.0Overall, my experience here was OK. The rooms are decent. My only issue is being stuck in an elevator for 38 minutes. The representatives did their Best finding help. But I felt as if more should have been done. Maybe a manager reach out. I didn’t want to complain too much to the representatives as they were busy doing their own things. But I was on the first floor getting my dinner. When I got on the elevator, the elevator got stuck. Almost 40 minutes in the elevator, my dinner was cold at that point. Waste of money! Overall, everyone was nice.
- MHMay HallSep 5, 20265.0Great splash pad and pool area!; the kids loved it! Breakfast was awesome too, had a lot of different food to eat!
- SSSavannahAug 26, 20264.0We just went for a day pass at the pool area, which was fine for $15 each. I did wait a while at the front desk and never got any wristbands while up there, but they did eventually give me some in the pool area.
- AOAdrián García OrtizAug 25, 20265.0I did not have body wash in my room during my visit
- LMLiz MillerAug 23, 20265.0After having to leave another hotel we came straight here no reservation. They had exactly what I wanted, room wise. All the staff were amazing! Pools were super clean, hot tub also. Very warm. Rooms were clean. Always love the amenities, and breakfast has many options.
