I was given a new room down grade from the one reserved. My 2nd room had no towels not a single one. Went to the desk and they gave me 2 only and never received any more. most likely my last visit to this hotel.

They and said don't bother coming they don't have my trousers. I don't understand stand they were in the closet, this is unacceptable $85.00 gone.
- GTG travelsJun 21, 20265.0I stayed one night here after an airport delay. Overall it was a good experience. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. I found the bed comfortable (more on the softer side) and liked the pillow selection. Some traffic noise but with my white noise maker it was easy to block out. The drawback: I arrived at almost 11 pm and was told the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. Two calls later and I didn’t get to the hotel until almost midnight. Had I known it would that long a wait I would’ve taken a ride share. Finally, a shout out to Jailene who was especially helpful.
