  Hard pass going forward. Shuttles are ard blocked when royalty aircrew is on them. They take up half the capacity but too special to mix with their customers. Shared many a shuttle with airexrew over decades of flying Prioritize aircrew? No worries. We'll depriotize IHG. All IHG. Plenty of other options. Toodles.

  I booked two rooms at this hotel for my family while they were visiting me. During check in, I interacted with the General Manager, Juliana, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Since I paid for both rooms with my credit card, she asked to see both my driver’s license and the card used for payment to verify there was no fraud. While I understand that hotels have security and fraud prevention policies, I told her I had never encountered this requirement before and was simply asking for clarification. Instead of explaining the policy professionally, she responded by telling me that I could “just leave.” That response was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. A manager should be able to explain hotel policies respectfully, especially when a guest is asking a reasonable question. Because of the poor customer service I received, I can only give this hotel one star. Regardless of the property’s amenities, the way guests are treated matters. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

  Don't trust them for your advance booking with them..they can make random excuses to cancel your booking last minute and give your room to someone else coz can get more money from last min booking..REALLY bad experience..

  This hotel was nice, but dont stay in room 107 unless you want a big bright night light . The parking lot lights were shining straight into the window and along with people parking right there as well. This room needs blackout curtains. Airport shuttle was great for 445am
