  I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Michigan. The hotel was very clean from the moment I arrived, and my room was spotless and comfortable. One of the best parts of my stay was the beautiful view from my room, which made it even more relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh, tasty options. There was something for everyone, and everything was well stocked and organized. It was the perfect way to start each morning before heading out for the day. The staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Between the cleanliness, delicious breakfast, beautiful views, and exceptional customer service, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Michigan.

  Location was convenient and one staff member was very kind and helpful. However, we experienced several issues including broken A/C, a broken shower in an accessible room, and needing to move rooms multiple times. Service at the front desk was inconsistent, with one employee being repeatedly dismissive while another was very helpful. Also, the pool lights shut off at 10:30 when pool hours are until 11. Pretty dangerous considering the pool was full of kids.

  During my stay at Holiday Inn Express, it was an Issue with the room and Marcina was very diligent and helpful to resolve it, thank you Marcina your service approach was Amaizing!!!

  When we arrived staff were very friendly, explained everything with the hotel well. Went up to the rooms and there were fingernails/toenails left behind from a previous guest, when I brought it up to the front desk, they stated they would make sure that it would get vacuumed up and cleaned even though we were there one more night. Came back to the hotel and the trimmings were still on the floor and then there was a new stain on the sheets. Went downstairs and the manager was fantastic and came up and assisted. Biggest downside was both nights our group had stayed we were kicked out of the lobby/outdoor patio stating it closed at 10pm but there was no mention or signs of this anywhere. It was very upsetting because as a travelling team, the parents and coaches enjoy time together and were unable to have that even with a respectable volume.
