This was honestly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we first arrived, the staff gave us a room that was different from the one we originally booked. Since we were only staying for one night, I decided not to make a big deal about it. However, the room they gave us was located off to the side of the main building, in a row of small rooms that almost looked like garages. We were also assigned an accessible room even though we did not request one. The condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The TV was not connected or working properly, and the toilet tank kept making noise. Even worse, we found one live bug and two dead bugs on the floor. There was also dog hair all over the carpet. My son has a pet allergy, and the amount of dog hair in the room caused him to have an allergic reaction. I have stayed at many hotels before, and I have never experienced a room in such poor condition. Cleanliness should be one of the most basic standards of any hotel, especially when it affects a guest’s health. We were extremely disappointed with this stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Poorly managed property. The only reason we didn't leave is because no refund was offered and we had to be there for a wedding. Rooms were filthy dirty, expensive for what you get and location of the wedding block was misconstrued. Number one thing to know is there are 3 different room locations. Inside the tall building where the lobby is, the single story motel rooms around the courtyard and the shady 2 story detached annex building around the back. The bride chose this location for the courtyard and allowing all the family staying to use the sliding doors to hang out together. Everyone ended up in the annex building which is more like the Rodeway inn than anything that should be charging $250+ a night. Also the only public use areas in the courtyard are pool loungers, so the area can really only be used by those rooms as they get chairs. Our group had 2 rooms. One of the first rooms appeared to have been used (bed messed up and bar soap was open and used) with a musty/old smoke smell. We then tried to move to courtyard rooms (at an upcharge) and there was absolutely no way the floors had been vacuumed or cleaned. I'm talking a whole shoe worth of sand in the bathroom, crumbs and dirt on the tile, cobwebs and debris along the edges of the room, one had dog slobber all over the doorwall. Then we tried a room in the main building (another upcharge) and couldn't even walk into the room the pot smell was so strong. I ended up in one of the courtyard rooms and borrowed a vacuum to do it myself. While the girl at the front desk did what she could to help and gave us lots of her time while she was there alone, either she was not empowered to, allowed to, encouraged to (or didn't want to) offer any help other than to try and sell us into more expensive but still subpar rooms and the only way to contact management was via email even though she had her on the phone in front of us.

If you’re going to be staying here with an EV the charger is not operable until September 2026 and the next charger is 15 miles away! It is advertised online through their own website and a few apps. But managers couldn’t be bothered to leave a note and double check anything. Just told me go and Best Western doesn’t care cause they don’t technically own it. This location is a BIG step down from their other locations. Also it’s basically a motel. Wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Do no book here before you ask your room location… The small, modern hotel you see on their website or the 1970’s motel they hide behind the facade!!! So deceitful and false advertising! Room was a 50 year old room in every way! There is no mention on the website what their “annex “ building really is! Just and old motel!!

For some reason, though not notified, I was set up in their “annex” building which is another word for “old”. Hotel’s not full, it’s Wednesday. Lamps have no usb plug ins. Pretty basic these days. Super musty in the room. Tub has mold in the corners. TV is a smart TV but not hooked up properly. Clerk was super short and talked too fast like I was a bother. Twice when I came through the lobby no one was there. Outside is in bad shape, too. Needs mowing. Boxwood are dead. Vines and weeds growing out of ornamentals.
