  Hospitality was outstanding! If you're looking for a comfortable place to stop and rest for the night, this is definitely a great choice. The property was clean and well-maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms that made our stay enjoyable. The continental breakfast in the morning was excellent, and the grounds were kept neat and inviting. A special thank you to Jadalen, who was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Their friendly attitude made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

  This Best Western in Grand Haven was a great 1 night stop on our Michigan trip. The staff (Autumn and Camden) were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and gave great appearance. The beds were comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore the many fun sites in the area. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

  I gave this hotel 2-stars for service because of the breakfast experience. The food was empty when we came down to eat and no attendant was in sight. Second, they did not take off my gift card when we checked out. Accuracy of the bill is important.

  I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year, once over Thanksgiving and the other time in the spring. The rates were cheaper over Thanksgiving. I had no issues during my first visit but I was dismayed at my second visit to find left over food in the fridge. They need better housekeeping.
