  I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express Grand Blanc for weeks at a time since March on a working contract. During this time, the only issue was hoping to on the third floor each time. That hasn't always happened but accommodating me in the quietest room possible has been a plus. However, the way I'm treated each and every time is amazing. Mama BeBe, as she has adopted me into the hotel "family", prepares the breakfast. She always greets me with a big smile and hug @ 0630 when she's there! She makes sure I've gotten my oatmeal and fruit before running out the door! She's made "special " foods and even packed me a little extra to take to work. She's has done so many kind things for me, I can't praise her enough! The other staff; Charvil, who works that dreaded nigh shift, has the same kindness each morning. He's always smiling greeting me at the door helping me with luggage and other acts of kindness. He's a devout Christian and doesn't hesitate to say a prayer for me to have a blessed day! It's very difficult at times to be away from home so much but this place, the wonderful staff try hard to make each stay warm and pleasant so much so that if nearby hotels had better rates; I would still come here!!   Loved staying at this Holiday Inn Express. Very nice hotel and staff was Great! I enjoyed Mrs. BeBe the breakfast bar lady. It was a pleasure waking up and going down and enjoying a quick conversation with her. She is just the sweetest. The food was nice and hot and delicious. Whomever reads this let Mrs. BeBe know this review is from Michelle and I wish her the best. If I'm ever around I will have too make a special stop to see her. You have wonderful employee with her. She definitely has excellent customer service. Most hotels lack that but definitely not this one.

  The hotel is not that old, but the rooms are starting to show signs of constant use and in need of some maintenance and TLC, especially the bathroom. Local management, I presume, have removed the Keurig coffee makers from the rooms and installed multi-choice coffee, hot water, etc. machines in the breakfast area that are accessible 24 hours a day. Not as convenient for sure, however, it is fresh ground beans and then brewed for each individual cup producing a good cup of coffee. Big shout-out to Riley at the Front Desk for being so helpful and friendly.

  I had an amazing stay at this hotel truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service at the front desk. Riley went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, Riley made check-in smooth and was always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. It’s rare to find such a great combination of comfort, quality, and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience!
