  I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and everything I needed was readily available. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and the entire property felt clean, safe, and inviting. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing excellent customer service and making every guest feel at home. Whether you’re traveling for business or a family getaway, I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area. Thank you to the entire Holiday Inn Express team for such a wonderful experience!

  This was our worse stay at a Holiday Inn Express! When we arrived the pool was closed fire cleaning and ended up closed until the next day. The TV only had local channels, no premium channels, no movie channels. At breakfast the next morning no pancakes (machine was broke), ran out of potatoes (before 9 am), and no French Vanilla creamer for my coffee. They closed the breakfast access before 9:30 while there was still people sitting at tables eating! Last, but not least the drain in the tub/shower ran horribly slow and it was so slippery I almost fell twice!! Needless to say we will not ever stay at this particular IHG hotel again!

  Last night our vehicle unexpectedly broke down on the side of I-75 and we were dropped off by the tow truck driver at this fabulous hotel. The moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted by Chris who was so helpful and accommodating to us in our moment of need! With so much uncertainty on how we were going to get back home(3+ hrs) Chris and then Jessica the next morning allowed us to take our time making arrangements for our car and ride home! Thank you so much and we will be staying again!

  This place sucks, normally I write funny reviews that are goofy and don't make any sense, but this is not one of those. This place has to be mentioned with a truthful honest review because NO ONE SHOULD STAY HERE. First, the rooms are dirty, we still had someone else's trash in our cupboards and there was a bunch of hair in the shower. Second are the broken things, the elevator broke the first day we were there so we had to use the stairs to haul all our stuff and to go back and forth to our room. The tables are wobbly in the dinning area and the carpets are super dirty on the stairs and hallway. Like black stained dirty. The first day of breakfast both automatic coffee machines were broken and then the airpot was empty. It took the lady forever to even look at it, and once she fixed it, the line was so long because the automatic machines take like 4 to 5 minutes per person to make 1 cup, we were done with breakfast before we even got coffee. MUST READ⬇️ The second day I go down to get breakfast (that is provided in my room rate) and both doors are closed. I look at my time and it says 9:52am, and people are still eating, so.i know it didn't end at 9. So I go to the desk and ask, "what time does breakfast go till?" The desk clerk says "it ends at 10" I say "it's 9:53 and the doors are closed" her response, "oh sometimes they close early.🤷" We stayed here so we didn't have to go somewhere and pay for breakfast. I will be asking for a discount on my second day. I will update if they actually gave me one. All in all don't stay here, it's not worth the extra money for an upgraded hotel that is not upgraded. Also if you do stay here and want breakfast I would urge you to be there early because "sometimes they close early." 🤷🙄
