  We booked a room for our anniversary trip, just to find out that they gave our room to somebody else. We booked this room for sometime away and on our return trip home. We paid for the room in advance and had confirmation. We drove 2.25 hours and weren't even given any comparable room or upgrade. Just told sorry we don't have a room available. Severely disappointed and will not recommend this location to any friends or family. Do not go here as they don't honor reservations.

  Disappointed in our stay- I stayed here with my elderly parents. For the price of $260, for one night they should have got the basics right. Negatives: Biggest- the a bathroom was full of black mold. The tiles in the shower were really bad (see pics) pretty easy to clean this. Related- extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working (unpleasant for a small room) During check-in the “system was down” - it took 15 minutes to get our key card. Front desk helper was nice but after a long drive it didn’t give us much confidence. Lightbulbs in bedroom weren’t working and we had to ask front desk to replace. Tv wasn’t working, the TV would just freeze after changing channels. Thin floors- we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around. AC was really noisy when turning on and off all night. Positives: Location- walking distance to the town Breakfast- this was decent, coffee was good too.

  Excellent beautiful experience with this hotel! The location is perfect right before you enter in the downtown area. The atmosphere vibe is fun & exciting. The rooms were absolutely perfect. I was concerned about the renovations going on at the same time especially on the 2 floor different 3 rooms that we had reserved; but everything turned out well. The value for the rooms was right where it needed to be perfect size hotel rooms perfect suites for the perfect price! The hotel rooms were extremely clean. The noise level was really good especially for Frankenmuth being such a popular tourist town. The service was perfect. The front desk was extremely helpful from check in process to check out to extra towels needed. The amenities were really helpful; and very good products! Loved it. What a great experience from start to finish & definitely will go back again!

  First off let me say that this hotel was nice comfortable and convenient. The issue that we had is that when we left my son in law left his wallet in the room, he had thought that it was in his backpack but is had apparently fallen out on the bed. It was returned to us by mail since by the time it was turned in we were already 3 hours away. When we got the wallet back everything was in it except for the cash. Granted it was only 40 dollars but it was 40 dollars. I’m thankful that none of his credit cards were also in there. This incident turned a nice stay into one where when we return to that area we will not stay at this hotel again.

  It was very nice. Here are some things I enjoyed: 1. The pool, obviously. 2. The computers 3. The rooms are massive The TV does not have too many stations to watch, but that's not what most people are there for so that is fine!
