Front desk very welcoming! Room is clean and updated. Beds are comfortable as always. Walking distance to everywhere in town. Can’t beat the price either!

If I could give 100 stars, I would!!! Because Ken and Susan went waaay beyond their jobs and saved our family BEFORE & AFTER we were already checked out. We seriously can't thank you enough & are forever grateful 🙏 ❤️ The check in process was flawless ✨️ our rooms were ready and our family of 9 were given beautiful spacious rooms right next to each other. Breakfast was amazing every morning and their recommendations for lunch and dinner were great 👍 Oh did I forget to mention that the hotel is LITERALLY right across the street from all of the shopping centers & attractions. It was a perfect 👌 weekend because of the staff that treated us like family 💕 Forever grateful 🙏

This review is focusing on the ongoing redecoration. I can not understand, how it is possible to rent out a room in a floor of ongoing renovation work. The first given room was completely in the renovation zone and dirty because of ongoing work plus smelling because of painting. The other suggested rooms were dirty or smelly as well. We had to choose one as it was late already and our daughter did need a rest. Even though the manager explains that we completed the overnight stay and by that accepted the given conditions, I feel that this is a weak response. Based on arriving time and traveling as a family I do not see we had a different choice. We have to highlight the lady of the front desk. She did as much as possible to help in this situation, including cleaning the floor in the chosen room. A picture as attached should not be seen by any client. Accessing the elevator when the walls and roof get painted is unacceptable. Ongoing construction is not the issue, actually it is great to see that things get renewed. It is acceptable if it is in a separated area. But this area was not ready to welcome guests.
