  Absolutely deplorable Hotel. Dirtiest I've ever been to and I had to stay at multiple hotels over the past 3 years for working. The stairway is disgusting there was vomit in the hallway the rooms have hair everywhere in the bathroom all over the place like they never even vacuum or washed anything around any corners. We had to get moved three different times. The first was because we felt like we were getting bit by something then the next one was so disgusting and the carpet was ripped and it smelled like feces. I would have loved where we booked for two nights and it was too late. Housekeeping is horrible. If I could rate this place at 0 I would.

  Lovely and clean. Front desk worker, Amanda, was kind and thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was the best! Lots of yummy choices. Cage free eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausages links, French toast, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, etc.

  I don't like posting bad reviews but this sorry excuse of a "hotel" deserves them. First time it happened, I booked two rooms well in advance, in Oct 2025 specifically one with a roll-in shower. "Not available" was the response I got when we arrived at the hotel. After 45mins of reasoning with them I found out one room with a roll-in shower was available but the room didn't have curtains. We begrudgingly stayed there that night after driving 6hrs to get there from Toronto. Room floors were not exactly clean. Second time it happened, I was told specifically after the first visit to book directly through IHG not booking.com or anything, and call the actual hotel to make sure the room is blocked off 1week before coming. Ok fine, I did exactly that. I called multiple times to make sure, and 4th time I called, 5days before my visit, "room not available, no one can guarantee you a room type, whoever spoke with you gave you bad information" I promptly cancelled my reservation over the phone. This was Dec 2025. July 2026, maybe things have changed? I shouldn't have let it happen again this time, but here we are. I did exactly as above (booked through IHG, called ahead of time etc) and sure enough, arrived at the hotel after driving 6hrs and got "room type not available...But we can upgrade you to a different type of room that doesn't have what you need. By the way, do you want breakfast?" This is stupid. The only thing good about this hotel is the location, because it's right across from another one (a bit pricier) that has decent service. That's where we ended up staying. Im leaving this here to remind myself to never book a stay at this hotel again. If you want a cheap hotel stay, you can give this a try, but be warned: you get what you paid for. Bad attitude from reception, no accountability from anybody, reservations don't actually mean anything, and rooms aren't even clean. How is this still acceptable in 2026? Or maybe it's the norm here, maybe that's just the culture here.
