She went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly for my team and I. She was very professional and even came in on her off day, which was the day of my event to make sure things were in place. The hotel was clean and I would recommend this location.

This is not your hot chocolate, this is provided from the hotel, not you for the guest and your job to make sure there is enough for everyone. learn the basics of hospitality. this is IHG !
