  This was definitely not the best holiday inn that I have stayed at. While it was conveniently located, it was not very clean, the elevator smelled strongly of weed, and it had a lot of residual highway noise. The staff however were friendly, and the room was spacious enough, however it was not clean. Probably would not stay at this holiday inn express again.

  Do not stay here. My final bill was charged a 50 dollar deposit fee for smoking and damage which was never mentioned. When I called to ask when I will get a credit on the deposit they said 30-45 days after check out.

  We rented a meeting room at this Holiday Inn Express for a small family reunion banquet, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room temperature never dropped below 76 degrees, even with only 15 people present. Maintenance tried to fix the issue but couldn’t, and their solution was to bring in a box fan and place a large floor fan outside the door blowing in. We ultimately had to end our event early because the room was too hot.The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who came out with a noticeably unpleasant attitude. After explaining the situation, he insisted the issue had been resolved, questioned our group size and food, and implied the heat was our fault. When I asked for compensation, he asked whether we cleaned the room and then told us he would refund our money — but that we “should never come back” because we were “not welcome since we complained.” Additionally, we rented a room at this same location. My husband noticed that the door to the connecting room did not lock. Maintenance came to fix it and was aware that it was broken as he stated he was waiting for a new tumbler. This was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. I would not recommend renting event space at this location.

  Bad experience. Nice lady at the front checked me in, when I got to my room it had not been cleaned yet. Took them 20 minutes to sort it out and get me a new room. Even the room they gave me wasn’t nice. Nail clippings on the floor, no hand soap in the dispenser. Would’ve loved to have had a better stay. Everybody was very sweet though.

  I arrived on the 7/18 and everything seemed fine. I dropped my bags off and went to a work convention. However when I came back because I didn’t properly inspect my room. The refrigerator had old food in it. The bed has a condom wrapper on it. The closet had old Taco Bell garbage in it. I asked to change rooms. They said they didn’t have any available. They did not compensate me or fix the issue. I spoke with the general manager Robert. He said that he was not going to compensate me even though they didn’t properly clean the room nor inspected.
