  Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. On our first night, several women were approaching guests in the parking lot, asking if they could help carry luggage in exchange for cash. On the second night, the same group was gathered outside the hotel entrance as we returned. People are having sex in their vehicles. Their presence made the environment feel unsettling. I brought my concerns to the front desk, and the employee acknowledged that these individuals are frequently in the area around this hotel and the neighboring hotels. I checked out early because of these issues. While I appreciated the honesty, I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be any effort to address the situation or reassure guests about their safety. A hotel should provide guests with a secure and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive until they leave. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve security and create a safer atmosphere for future guests.

  We received prompt service, the property was really clean and the room was very clean and comfortable. The sink in the bathroom did drain slow but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

  Just OK, Location wasn't great, hotel staff didn't seem very interested in making our visit good. This hotel is mediocre.

  Okay… I Need this hotel because I was taking my boards which was 3mins away (Pearvue) and I wanted to be extremely close. The sheets were an off white dingy color. Tub look like it had not been cleaned. Staff was nice and friendly 💕 it just look like the hotel needed a deep clean and updated! The outside needs to be clean also . Cigarettes bud all over and weeds growing crazy! Would be a great location for test takers if the hotel owner did better at clean rooms and updates !

  Hidden Early departure fee. I had never heard of this fee before but was presented with it when I left a day early. I've stayed at hundreds of properties and had not experienced this. It is hidden among their extra fees just before you hit the confirm button on the website. I found that they also show you on a form that they just slide over for you to sign. But at that point you can't cancel because then you get the cancelation fee. I have never been so upset leaving an IHG hotel and will not return to this location. Their management is very short sighted by thinning this is ok. I have business that will bring me back to the area in a couple weeks and have blacklisted this location. So to summarize, avoid This if you need any flexibility in your travel plans.
