  House cleaning needs to clean tubs better found a pubic hair in the tub. Dirty sheets.

  We come from Ontario,Canada.We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to the highway, making it very convenient to get around. The swimming pool was clean, and our kids loved it—they spent 1–2 hours there every day! The hotel was also quiet and peaceful, so we had a great night's sleep. It's only a short drive to the Michigan State Capitol and downtown Lansing. The city isn't very big, so everything is within easy reach. There are also several highly rated restaurants on Google just 7–15 minutes away, which made dining very convenient. The only minor downside was the breakfast. It was quite simple and not our favorite, haha. However, since we usually slept in and went out for brunch instead, it didn't affect our overall experience at all. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Lansing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Rooms we’re disgusting. There was all sorts of hair all over the bathroom. The AC in the room was also broken making loud noises in the middle of the night. 0/10 experience.

  Very clean & comfortable rooms with a good buffet breakfast for an amazing price. Also has a pool.

  The location was great for us on our trip, but it's back out of the way in a subdivision. So their weren't too many other guests for Memorial Day weekend, which I thought was odd for such a nice hotel. Nice heated swimming pool. Great breakfast. The rooms were a bit tight, but very clean with a large TV. We would definitely stay there again.
