  Worst experience ever with a hotel, we were traveling with a family of 7 Amish people a very well planed trip, we booked a 2 bedroom suite for them and a king suite for ourselves we were leaving Monday morning from northern Michigan stopping in Dearborn overnight so that the Amish family could go to Greenfield Village the next day before we traveled on Monday 2 hours before we arrived at the hotel I got an email notification saying a reservation had to be canceled because they did not have the rooms we booked two weeks in advance available anymore the room they offered us was a king size bed and a pull-out couch this is absolutely not suitable for a family of seven people absolutely ridiculous as much as I travel I will never stay at a Staybridge Suites anywhere in the continental US. Ending up in a different hotel that was able to accommodate us at the last minute.

  Make sure to get in the first driveway before the one gps show you , I mean behind the hotel It has tight turn but still not too bad

  I've been at this hotel for quite some time and I really enjoy staying here. The housekeeping crew are great people, do a fantastic job when it comes to the room services. they very nice people and easy to get along with. The front desk crew are very helpful and will help out with anything if asked. Everyone that works there are great people; front desk, housekeeping and the cook that is there too. I have only one problem and its been a constant problem, since i've back and forth here for work my first time stay here i asked front desk to let maintenance know that my tub faucet was leaking and squealing while showering to where i had to mess with the faucet plunger to stop it from squealing at the least. They let Christian(maintenance guy) know but when i got back nothing was fixed. I talked to the front desk 2 more time about and they told Christian about it again and I shown Christian the issue. He told me that he will be in the next day to fix it and when I came back from working the faucet was never fixed. this also happened again within my next stay, I told front desk about it again, front desk wrote a note for Christian to let him know and nothing was done. Other than that, this hotel is great to stay at, I have no complaints other than the issue with maintenance not fixing things when asked.

  Been staying at this hotel And everything is great except for the service in terms of maintenance. I had a broken AC system in my room and my faucet was leaking And there was no kitchen we inside the room. I asked the front desk and they told me Christian would come and fix it and I stayed there for a week and he never did. I asked to speak to him and he said he would be there on a Tuesday in between 9 AM and 5 PM But he never came. So I was forced to stay in a room and pay the full price, even though my needs were not fulfilled. He seems like a nice guy, but also seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
