  Usually the staybridge is a great chain but this one has what seems to be management problems. The front desk staff was great they went above and beyond in any requests we had. That said the room had stains all over the carpet and tape all over the ceiling from what looked to be a birthday party or something. There were nicks and stuffs all over the walls like maintenance hand never done a PM. The AC didn't work our room it got up to 85 degrees very uncomfortable. To be fair it was late when we noticed and knew maintenance wouldn't be around and we didn't want to change rooms when we were leaving in the morning. There was only 3 luggage carts for a fairly large hotel and none were available so we had to carry all our things down. Housekeeping carts sitting in the middle of the hall that you had to move just to walk by and the breakfast was terrible. Having some experience with the hotel industry this is 100% a management problem. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

  No complaints! Great location. Rooms are spacious and very affordable. Staff is welcoming. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Dearborn.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at Staybridge Suites Dearborn. I couldn’t sleep for two nights in a row because of the nonstop noise coming from the room upstairs. The first night was already bad, but the second night became unbearable — there was constant banging, screaming, fighting, and cursing all throughout the night. I repeatedly called the front desk, and Alejandro did give the guests a warning, which I appreciated, but only about two hours later it started all over again and continued the entire night. After Alejandro left for the night, Marlon was working the front desk and was completely unhelpful. Instead of properly handling the situation, he suggested switching my room at 2 AM while my two children were asleep. He was rude, dismissive, kept putting me aside to answer other phone calls, and showed no concern while I was literally crying from exhaustion and frustration at 3 in the morning listening to screaming and banging above us. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service from the front desk was disgusting. I would never stay at this Staybridge again — honestly, I would never stay at any Staybridge property after this experience.

  This hotel does not share the quality of other Staybridges I've stayed in. The hotel seems like it has been franchised out and the franchisee does not want to spend the money required to keep the hotel up to date and functioning like a corporate Staybridge. The smell of the hotel isn't pleasant, the food doesn't have the same quality, the walls need painting, the furniture (couch) in the room I was in needed to be replaced, the door doesn't close without you pulling it closed, the shower faucet was loose, etc. I could go on.

  Lots of construction so have to drive around several times to access parking area which shares a parking lot with another hotel. Upon arrival I was told that they did not accept my credit card and had to hold $300 for deposit (none of this information is provided in advance on their website in advance). Had a 2 bedroom suite, and room smelled like old urine (mainly in living room area) upon walking in. Maybe a pet or child had an accident and the carpets needed to be shampooed. In the king bedroom there were no hooks in the bathroom by shower to hang up items like a bathrobe or towels. Vent above toilet sounded like something was trying to break through scaring you to death while using the facilities. Staff was professional and friendly when engaged. Pool and hot tib was nice and cozy. Really has the potential to be a great place just needs a bit more cleaning and the breakfast was good but I would definitely suggest having a changing variety of breakfast foods. Would consider staying again now that I am aware of how they operate
