  I attempted to cancel my reservation in advance, was told by their customer service that they never receive the cancellation phone call from Expedia so that I lost my free cancellation. I booked through hotels.com…… I then called hotels.com again and shocker they told me to talk to the hotel again. I attempted to call again and they ignored my number and another number I called off and then proceeded to cancel my booking after seeing that I called again attempting to charge my card for both nights after telling me I would’ve been only been charged for one night. They basically gave me the ring around and charged me for the whole stay

  I called and tried to cancel they told me they couldn’t do anything and I got mad because they wanted to charge me for both nights staying there, they said they couldn’t do anything on they’re end told me to call Expedia when I booked through hotel.com and they hung up. I tried calling back from 2 different numbers and they ignored them to then charge my card after! lol I don’t recommend this place and they’re money hungry. Take your money elsewhere

  Our baseball team and families stayed here for a tournament weekend, and the experience was disappointing. Collectively, our group likely spent well over $10,000 at this hotel, yet the quality and customer service were nowhere near what you’d expect. The rooms were only marginally clean. The corners were dirty, the shower curtains were stained and grimy, and the entire room had a dingy, neglected feel. For the price, the cleanliness was simply unacceptable. The biggest issue was the hotel manager. Our group included children who wanted to enjoy the pool after a long day of baseball, but they were essentially limited to standing in the water or swimming laps. When a few ice cubes ended up in the pool area, the manager confronted both the children and parents, claiming it was “destruction of property.” The interaction was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. This is not a family-friendly hotel. The rules of the pool are ridiculous (can’t hold breathe for example). For the amount this hotel charges, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor management, and dismissive customer service, I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling with a family or youth sports team.

  Decent place to stay! The pool was clean and warm and my girls enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms have a nice view and the hotel is close to stores and restaurants.
