  Front desk service was on point Camille is friendly, efficient, and pleasant. The lady who is serving the breakfast was also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi and pool hit the spot. Definitely 👍 a place to stay near DTW Airport. Coffee is wonderful 👏. Thank you

  This hotel needs work! As soon as we walked in we were hit with a stench. The lobby and elevator reeked. Not from weed, could be a combination of sweat, dirt, mold or something else. Luckily it didn't smell on our floor or in the room. The carpeting in the halls is filthy & stained. Our room was cleanish. The tub was disgusting. The tub & toilet need scrubbing. Shades were ratty & the screen had a hole cut in it. Windows partially "frosted" because seal failed. Won't stay here again.

  Giving 2 stars because although my room itself was spacious and clean, I had to go to the front desk 8 different times (over a 3 night stay) because my key card would randomly stop working. They would make reset the old key card or hand me a new one, only for it not work 3-4 more times in a row, having me trek back and forth between my room and the front desk trying to get the issue resolved. Super frustrating and instead of efforts to prevent the issue from continuing to happen or a sincere apology about the repeated inconvenience, the front desk laughed and told me, "don't put this in your review."

  Very nice hotel... room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. I was there for 3 nights on a weekend in-between work weeks. I live on the road... in a hotel mostly every night. It amazes me that people don't realize when the doors slam or it's allowed to shut against the extra lock that's turned in to prevent the door from closing.... it's loud in the rooms nearby. When you stomp around with rooms under you, it's loud. When you don't return the luggage cart to the lobby, there is non for other people to use. When your kids are talking loudly, yelling and/or running in the halls, it's loud...DUHHH. You would think these things are common sense but it happens in all levels of hotels EVERYDAY. I know these things are out of the hotels control but the reason for 4 stars and not 5 was both mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping staff letting the doors bounce off the extra lock turned in to prevent the door from fully closing and im guessing maybe the door of a laundry shoot in the housekeeping closet... my room was right next to it and there was a periodic very loud bang. I am a night owl when not working and like to sleep late when I can. Unfortunately, those mornings, I couldn't. I know the housekeepers have a job to do and I VERY much appreciate them. Why can't the hotel provide them with some doorstops to hold the doors open while they are servicing a room instead of the doors banging loudly over and over with the housekeepers going in and out. And maybe they could be mindful to not let whatever it is in the housekeeping closet that's bangs so loudly to slam shut.

  This place has an awesome free breakfast, very kind staff who's is very enthusiastic about their job! We will be back anytime we're in town for sure.
