- RRRayna RoseOct 7, 20263.0DO NOT let them put you in room 120! Drove 2 hrs to get here after a 12 hr shift, so I could be closer to a meeting I had to be up by 4am for.. I had just fallen asleep when the room above me ran what I thought was a bath but then I realized it was a hot tub, it was SO unbelievably loud. I had to listen to that for 2 hrs, then a hour after the couple got out (iykyk) .. I ended up being 2 hrs late because I over slept, spent over 120.00 for a room where the shower head came off mid shower and noise wise was just so un called for. Never again. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Yes I did speak with the front desk, no they did not care.

I was here a few months ago and stayed here and piss us, and I remembered how great everything was and decided to book again. The housekeeping staff was great! Jessica I trust a few concerns while I was there, and the manner how she did it was very efficient. I’m not sure if she’s a manager, but she should be. Always top-notch Service from start to finish. Amazingly great spacious rooms and the breakfast is always fresh

- DRDanielle RitsemaSep 20, 20261.0Both days, we had the breakfast lady not refilling food (even with an hour or more left of breakfast hours) then started making announcements that she would be closing the breakfast area as well as the dining area even as people tried to finish eating there food. She was rude and unprofessional. Her priority was to clearly close things up so she could leave. Also, there was a hockey team there. They though had parents snd coaches actually supervising them but the staff acted like the kids weren't being supervised even though they were. They gave the kids and parents a hard time for no reason. They were rude and seemed to forget they were not only paying customers too but ones actually still following rules and being respectful for a kids sports team. It seems they would rather have an empty hotel with no business then having customers who most hotels would appreciate.
