  We came over the fourth of July weekend. Nice stay. Wipeable surfaces in the room (good for clean freaks). Good location (right off highway-across from a shopping center-Walmart & Meijer not too far away), a free coffee and hot chocolate machine downstairs, nice pool area, decent workout room, friendly and helpful staff. Good hot breakfast during our stay. Multiple opportunities to tip service and wait staff. I would stay again.

  This was close to our wedding we atttended. The front desk was friendly. Room was clean. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices. My only other comment is that the breakfast ran out of items and coffee while people were still arriving 🙃

  Stayed 3 nights for our vacation. Pros Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I love that there is no carpet. I feel like the carpet in hotel rooms is usually gross. Really liked that they had different breakfast every day. It was also nice to use real plates/utensils instead of disposable. The location was nice, not right in grand Rapids, but close enough to all the things we wanted to do. Cons Don't love the sink being outside the bathroom and wish the bathroom had a night light or dim light option. When getting up in the night to use the restroom it's super bright. On night 2 at about 3:30am I woke up to use restroom and realized the roof was leaking in our room, onto the bed. We went down to the front desk and the employee quickly got us into a new room down the hall. We moved all our stuff and went back to sleep. While this was an inconvenience, I will say I was very impressed to see when we left for daily activities at 10:30am they had a roofing company there working on the roof above where our first room was. Overall, would stay again.

  Breakfast was very mediocre. Pool was absolutely FREEZING. But the bigger issue is how incredibly thin the walls are! Oh my goodness. I could hear our neighbors’ every word and breath and SNORING all night long. It was like they were sharing the room with us! I could not sleep from all the noise throughout the hotel and there is lots of noise outside the hotel as well. Overall, I did not enjoy the experience and will not be back.

  Employees were so nice and very accommodating. I had my senior dog with me and needed a quiet place for him between oncology appointments and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our stay.
