  Great location and comfortable clean rooms. It's next to the 131 and for some reason motorcycles don't have mufflers on them and they zoom around creating great noise at night. This is not the fault of the hotel so I still gave it a five star, but I would suggest you bring ear plugs with you if you're a very light sleeper like I am.

  A big reason why I’m leaving a five star review is because of the utmost kindness from the staff whilst staying here. They were really approachable and friendly and they made staying here such a true pleasure. Because of that, I even ended up staying one additional night because of such a great experience with them whenstaying at the hotel. The hotel is recently renovated so the rooms are really clean and spacious. They have a lot of really nice amenities like the modernized room, decor and style as well as a gym a pool and a hot tub. And the staff are really, really helpful when you stay here — anything you need you just ask them and they’ll help you out. Danielle was such a pleasure interacting with!! And lastly, the complementary breakfast was really tasty and had a lot of options and was made fresh every single morning, which was something to look forward to every morning. I’m looking forward to staying here at this Best Western again in the future!

  The room was clean, but there was an odd smell when we walked in and it never went away. The rooms are small — ours had two "queen" beds that were actually full size, and there's no sink in the bathroom. The only upgrade they offer is a suite that sleeps only two, which doesn't help a family. The indoor pool was freezing and had dead bugs on the bottom (confirmed with goggles). On top of that, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We were a family with kids who had already gone to bed for the night. The hallway was full of people standing around wondering what was happening — I didn't wait, I got my family out to the parking lot, which is what you do when a fire alarm goes off. The alarm itself wasn't the hotel's fault (guests smoking in rooms) but the response was. Nobody came through to tell guests what was going on, and I had to go ask before anyone explained it. Nothing was said at the desk the next morning either. Basic communication with a building full of guests would have gone a long way. We liked the area and the location is convenient to Tanger Outlets, but we'll choose different lodging next time
