  This is only qualifies as a hotel if you enjoy karaoke (unbelievably bad karaoke) at (checks clock) 1:26 am. Yes, karaoke still blasting. Like, not a faint dim, but blasting. Zero chance of sleeping. You are staying in a karaoke themed hotel. There is also, what appears to be a hotel room. Mind you, it’s a Saturday, but this appears to the epicenter of Busch Light consumption in Southeast Michigan. If you’re here for the karaoke, please stay and enjoy, otherwise, stay elsewhere.

  There is a bar directly under the rooms hosting karaoke and yelling drunk people. There isn’t anyone any a front desk to communicate with or anyone to call for assistance with noise control. It’s impossible to sleep, so I don’t recommend staying here if you want a reasonably quiet place to sleep.

  We were very pleased with our stay at the Grant Hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The restaurant and bar on the main floor was so convenient. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a very classy hotel in a small town and was a favorite destination for our group attending a weekend wedding nearby. We would definitely stay at the Grant hotel again!!

  Do not stay here on the at least on the weekend if you plan to get any rest. The bar is directly outside of your door and window. The noise from the bar area resonates inside the room and makes it nearly impossible to get any sleep until the bar closes. The rooms are a standard hotel room but the location made this the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel to date. Had I known the location of the rooms prior to booking I would have never stayed here.

  Omgosh do not stay here if you plan to use your hotel room for sleeping...had bar right outside our door and could hear people for hours
