  My review is low because of the restaurant music going until far past 12:00 am. Our room sounded like it was directly above the stage. Every time I fell asleep music starting up again would wake me up over and over. It feels like this location should either choose to be a restaurant or hotel. But it was the most unpleasant sleep in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. This was two nights in a row. Respectfully, if you’re running a hotel that is open to family’s with kids live music should end by 11:00 at least and switch to regular music. Perhaps it’s better as a 30 and under hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Great blackout curtains. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t speak to that but it sounded like those down there had a good time.

  We have stayed here twice now when visiting for a Notre Dame football game. This hotel is an absolute gem! Amazing food, staff, and atmosphere! Live music on the weekends, tons of outdoor space for our kiddo to enjoy. The rooms are super clean, beds are comfy.. couldn’t say enough positive things about this hotel/restaurant! We will definitely be back every year to visit!

  I chose this hotel because I wanted something other than a highway franchise. There is no front desk, so a server walked me through the check-in process and gave me a complimentary glass of wine. I'd requested an ADA room, because there is no elevator to the second floor. This room was next to the front door. It was a nice space, with a large walk-in shower, but the toilet was far too low for someone with a disability. I had a nice dinner and cocktail in the adirondack chair by the stream. My server Lillian was very friendly and attentive. Once I returned to my room, I realized there was a problem: noise. The heavy front doors slammed incessantly through the night and the bar/restaurant, just feet from my room, was very loud. Things finally settled down around 1 a.m. Another problem was the inability to tell if my room door and emergency exit were actually locked. The electronic mechanism wasn't clear. I'd recommend noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs if you plan to stay here.
