  I had a very plesent stay. Slept for 10 hours instead of my normal 6. I don't sleep that well at home so beds were extremely comfy. Breakfast was great. The hot water knob kept falling down so hard to regulate temp in shower, but other than that the rooms are spacious and clean. Toilet was low to ground, but we travel a lot and for whatever reason, most are unless you get a handicapped room. For the price, I'd highly recommend.

  Arrived around 1am on a week night, check in took about 20 minutes and there was no one in front of me. Okay. Got into room just wanting a shower and bed, dark black hair throughout shower. At that point I was too tired so I cleaned them myself. Following afternoon recieved a ‘noise complaint’. My toddler was crying and ready for a nap, we had walked in 10 minutes prior - it was 2:45pm on a Friday - 8 cars total in the parking lot - 2 front desk people up to my room seemed like a bit of overkill. Not only that, as I apologized and told them my toddler had been ready for a nap, one lady looks at my son and tells him he has to stop crying. Seems inappropriate to have staff think it’s ok to address a child. The rest of the weekend felt as if we had to tip toe as to not receive another complaint. I will say, the group of people that were allowed to stay in the outdoor seating area after midnight just outside our window, were louder than my toddler. The pool also closed after our first night for maintenance and never reopened. I would’ve left this review directly to the hotel, but I assume because I booked third party I won’t receive the checkout survey they have posted in the rooms. Overall the room was comfortable and breakfast was ok, aside from that wouldn’t stay here again.

  The TV is the size of an iPad and displays all of three pixels. It was a better experience to watch the world cup on my phone. The showerhead dispenses a mist that while getting you wet is hardly enough to wash soap off your body. It can not be adjusted.

  The room and floor smells absolutely awful. I should have done better research and not read only reviews from the IHG page. Trip advisor says it all! Be warned.
