  The location is very convenient, one step from the outlet shops and a short drive from Frankenmuth, the lobby and room looked nice and updated but our room was not well cleaned, there was hair on the shower and dried soap smeared on the wall, a couple of the bed pillows smelled like they were not washed and there was a lot of pet hair on the carpet.

  Very neat and clean. Comfortable beds. Many restaurants in short driving distance. Meijer across the interstate. 15 minute drive to Frankenmuth.

  I was a little nervous because I knew they were new to the IHG brand, I usually stat at HI Express. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, fitness center clean and stocked with towels even at the end of the day. Breakfast was hot and delicious, a little smaller than a HI Express (i.e. no pancake machine) but they have fixings for breakfast burritos which was nice. Easy location and parking just off I75. I would stay here again for sure.

  Ah, what a hidden gem. I’ve been in many hundreds of hotels over the last decade working in corporate for AT&T and Dish Network and this place stands out. Guy at the front desk was friendly and professional. Room was like a suite with a living room, kitchen and bed with a door that closes… super clean and fun room. I give this experience a 10 out of 10!

  This was a Country Inn & Suites and it was high volume for them. , This place was always booked no matter what and it showed. IHG inherited a mess.. We stayed here when it was the CI&S by accident as our hotel over booked and this place was a mess then. . However, Garner is doing a tremendous job to bring it up to IHG standards and they’re going at a high rate of speed and they’re almost there. I can assure next time back it will get a full 5 star rating., the only issue we’ve had with our room as the door hinges are hanging on dearly. The door needs to be replaced and the front desk is fully aware. They offered us another room but we didn’t mind. We kinda laughed about it. The rooms are mint. It’s come a long way in a short amount of time. The parking lot is in the midst of a total overhaul. You have to use the side and rear door but this will be short lived. Can’t wait to come back and see it with the finishing touches. This place will be a gem shortly and it’s as convenient as heck to everything. 1st time I’ve tried the Garner experience and I honestly have to say, it’s nice. I would view it as a glorified HI Express. I don’t believe this brand offers suites or Jacuzzi rooms. At least this particular property doesn’t.
