  Rooms where to small for my family we don’t have any space the location was really good right next to Best Buy the theater and all the other stores the service was not good at all just walking my dog and some worker that was vaping starts yelling at me I don’t even know what she was saying but there was one really nice worker that was working at the front desk if it was not for that nice worker it would be a 0 star if I could

  The room was not ready at the check in time and they couldn’t seem to give us an update or a reason why it wasn’t ready. There were several other people that had the same issue. The front desk and the manager were not helpful and rather dismissive. The beds were terrible. There was mold in the bathroom and living room. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There were fake eyelash clusters in the bed so who knows if it was even clean. You also have to do your own towels during your stay which is not mentioned anywhere online. You get one body towel to reuse per the manager. Pros: The free breakfast was the best part and the staff that worked it were friendly. The pool was decent, the free laundry was nice, the shower head was nice, the shampoo and conditioner was nice. It’s close to Walmart.

  I don't write reviews often, but our stay here was worth warning others about. Our suite was filthy - dirty dishes in the dishwasher, caked on food in the microwave, dust on the tv and dressers, and carpets so dirty it turned your feet black. Water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and there were a few different areas I believe had mold! Several lights and living room tv did not work. We were given less towels than people in our suite and when asked for more, were told no because they were limited to how many they could give us. When asked about switching rooms we were told they were full (okay, understandable) but management was conveniently unavailable anytime we tried to discuss our issues with them. Housekeeping never even attempted to come take our trash or replace linens during our several night stay. I've never felt so dirty staying in a hotel room before!

  If I could rate this hotel it would be a zero. I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and here was by far the WORST. I was in a two room suite with my sister, our kids and husbands. Total of 7 of us, two being babies 6 months and younger.( Which the hotel was aware when we booked) For seven people, there was a total of 6 towels, FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY. When we asked for more towels, the front desk told us they couldn't give us more because they had several rooms booked for 20 plus day stays and they didn't have extra. I'm sorry, what? Next, We realized the room itself was filthy. No clean dishes, everything is dirty in the dishwasher and just from walking around for a little bit without shoes on, our feet were BLACK, it was soooo gross. And we have babies crawling on the rug 😭 We go ask for another room and get told there weren't any and they couldn't do anything; if we hadn't already paid almost $800 to stay here,we would have left. We instead asked for a spare sheet so we could put it on the floor for the babies to crawl on and they once again told us no, at this point we are all besides ourselves. We asked for the manager and were told they weren't in and took our name and number, we asked two different times at different hours of the day and got the same response ( and no shocker, but still haven't gotten a call!) We ended up using our own sheet from our bed for the babies and just didn't sleep with a sheet. To top it off, the bathroom ceiling was constantly dripping water, which was also completely ignored when we went to the front desk! We at the very least were hoping for a discount on our very expensive suite but nothing. This hotel has the absolute worst customer service and hospitality I have EVER seen or experienced. To make matters worse, the babies both developed bad coughs and stuffy noses while staying here, and is adults had bad sore throats, that all went away soon as we left and weren't staying there anymore. I personally think it's due to how unclean the place is.
