    The old women from the breakfast is rude & do not belongs to give service to this company really out of his mind she ask for make her job to the guests

    This Holiday Inn participates in the local Park and Ride to DTW. The hotel staff was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to have a successful park and ride. The team is to be commended. If you're traveling out of Detroit international airport for any business or vacation needs and need to travel to the Detroit airport from a few hours away, driving coming to this hotel the night before staying the night and then having the driver drive you to the airport terminal was excellent. He avoided all the traffic by taking back roads. He kept us up to date on what we were doing. The check-in staff the evening before again was exceptional, helped us understand the process and be successful. The next time I have to fly out of Detroit for work or vacation. I will be using the service again.

    Staff were very helpful. Especially Gena in the cafe area. Brent & Lisa are the front desk were the extra helpful & courteous.

    This was my very first time booking at this hotel just to be closer to someone. Never had an issue like this before. I was told I couldn’t use a certain debit card, and was told I was gone get a refund, they help 186 dollars on my card that I still have NOT YET to get back. Due to this, I was unable to book a hotel that same night because they got my money. I had asked to speak to a manager last Saturday and was told managers don’t work on the weekend. It is now Thursday still no money.! So I called up there spoke to a manager and now they are finally looking into the issue, I can’t believe this. I’ll never book with these people again. They owe me a free night or something smh. This is ridiculous!!!

    Mold is in the bathroom, beds are a brick, pillows feel like air, the smell is horrendous! Front desk said now they do wristbands and we cant invite family even for a small birthday party. Yet we go to the pool and its full of people who DO NOT have wristbands on. So its okay for some people and not okay for others.
