  We had such a great time here ! Staff was super nice. Rooms are updated ( Way better than the Canton location) The pool was pretty busy during our stay but we still enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious. Attendants kept it clean and stocked. Front desk staff were also super friendly as well! This will be my go to location from now on!

  Room was big, beds were nice. Only problem is our room has a weird smell, almost like someone is trying to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke

  So my husband and myself rented a room for us and our two kids. Trying to give the kids a good experience and a treat we payed extra to get a toom with a pool. When we got there the pull was packed we didnt think anything of it until we went down to scout out the pool and realized that a 3 person family had rented a room just so they could take over the pool and throw a pool party for family and friends who were not guests at the hotel. I asked the front desk how long they had rented out the pool for and was told they didnt rent it they just are using it. When I said we'll my family would like to use it too... i was told that there was nothing they or I could do and that I had to leave them alone til they decide to leave and if they til it closes there is nothing they can do. Wee had to wait til 9pm pool closes at 10 just to find a place to get in the pool and hot tub. When I complained I was met with a nasty attitude and no resolution. The mattresses were dirty inhad request extra bedding and the lock was broken. I had a horrible experience hope they not all like this.

  Please be aware of the fact they charge for soiled towels. Charge your card for fifty dollars per day for towels.

  It's not an upgrade when the bedroom portion of the suites are directly up against i94 and non stop noise. Even worse, when they put you on 2nd floor and whoever is on 3rd can't walk without stomping. Obviously no insulation. Property also had odd parking, mostly in back or down 1 side. Room was clean and gigantic, walk into huge living room sparsely furnished, next restroom foyer area, then bedroom up against highway. Bed was comfortable if you can sleep through non stop noise. Breakfast lady friendly. Usual mix of express food, but quality can depend on the attendant and she did a good job. Only two front desk people I interacted with were friendly. I dont recommend based on proximity to highway. If you stay, ask for far away from highway.
