  Lisa on the bar side was amazing. I felt so comfortable, she was outgoing had a great sense of humor and made me feel at home :)

  Kind of a mess. There are no microwaves in the rooms. There's one microwave down in the common area near the front desk. The refrigerator was just sitting on the floor in the open and is only refrigerator and there is no freezer compartments. The bar and restaurant were closed. The carpet in the second floor hallway is buckled and raised up not only does it look bad but it is a tripping hazard. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and if that's all you're looking for I guess that's all you're going to get. And the staff was fun and friendly. Since I was only there to sleep it was okay.

  Christine at the front desk was amazing!!! We had a women's conference and everyone I spoke to all 3 days had nothing but good things to say about her. Please thank her for us.

  We stayed here on a weekend for a family function. The Hotel staff is amazing. We were very happy with the hotel & our room. There’s a very nice restaurant. Everything you would need from Grocery to shopping is close by.

  Great Staff, but the Hotel Itself Needs Some Serious Love I stayed here as part of the balloon crew for the Field of Flight festival, and while the location and the event itself are always a blast, the actual stay at this Holiday Inn was incredibly frustrating. For starters, the pool was out of order on our very first day. On top of that, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't provide a microwave in the room. The biggest daily headache, though, was the key cards. They deactivated so frequently that it became a running joke—except it wasn't funny. It got to the point where every single time I walked into the lobby, I just automatically went straight to the front desk to have them re-vamp my card before even attempting to go up to my room, just to save myself the inevitable trip back down. Honestly, the only saving grace of this entire stay was the staff. Every single employee we encountered was incredibly nice, empathetic, and genuinely helpful. They handled the constant influx of frustrated guests with total grace. The team working here deserves five stars, but management really needs to step up and fix the actual building and amenities.
