- KWKenneth WelshAug 16, 20264.0There are very limited options in bad axe when it comes to name brand hotels. This is by far and away the best option, which means it's expensive. Rooms are pretty clean and staff is nice. They do keep the breakfast very clean but it's a shame they always seem to overcook it.
- LWleon williamsAug 3, 20265.0So I booked this very last minute. Was a tad pricey for a night in a standard room, but they were clean and as comfortable as any hotel I've stayed at before. Check in was quick and easy, hotel was very clean.. the pool, if you were there w children, was probably a little small, but the hot tub was nice and relaxing. No kids with us so the pool didn't matter. The stand up shower was awesome. Great pressure, they offered (displayed anyways lol) dove shower products. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Overall, it was a nice "spur of the moment" stay, but again, not quite sure $300 was the price point it should have been set at.

- JHJacob HicksJul 22, 20263.0The majority of the staff was very helpful. The issue is with their incompetent short fused maintenance worker. Room 1008 smells of biological growth (musty). When confronted about the issue and the ac unit smelling and seeing visible biological growth the guy lost his cool then told the front desk there was no issues. This probably stems from the bathroom exhaust system not working and creating a very high moisture environment. Staff did their best but they're not expected to fix the issue.
