- TLTim LMay 21, 20263.0Overall, very comparable with other IHG Holiday Inn Express properties. The location was ideal for where I was conducting business. The staff was great, breakfast was good, property was nicely maintained and super clean. I happened to be assigned an adjoining room near a stairwell fire door and an exit. The room's soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear every door slam, the neighbor's TV. I feel this could be remedied with weatherstripping the room doors and adding sweep seals to mitigate some noise. In addition, the refrigerator ran constantly and did not keep items cold.

The next day, I was charged the full $440. I called and they said they did not have a record of my call and would cancel and not charge me. The next day after that, they call and asked why I haven’t checked in. They said they still didn’t have a record of cancellation and would only refund one night. I am incredibly disappointed in how IHG is treating me after many years of loyalty. I am no longer an IHG supporter and you shouldn’t be either. This place is a trap, stay far away if you value your money.

I accidentally made duplicate reservations and canceled the extra ones shortly after, but the hotel still charged cancellation fees. The manager showed absolutely no willingness to help and only hid behind their cancellation policy. Very poor customer service and a very unpleasant experience. Be careful when booking here.
