  Stayed here for a multiple extended duration over last 3 years. Hotel is good and staff is very nice.

  Decent location the staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately its surface clean and once you look at a bed or sink you see the hair and dirt and smudges. They have a gym, pool, a sundries shop, business center, and laundry onsite. Its not a horrible hotel could use some TLC or deep cleaning of the rooms.

  I had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites, and I especially want to recognize Amy, the manager. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made a great impression on me. It’s clear that Amy truly cares about her guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. I really appreciate everything she did and would definitely recommend Staybridge Suites to others. Thank you, Amy, for making my experience so enjoyable!

  Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Staybridge Suites. The suite was clean, the staff was courteous, and the in-room kitchenette was a great feature. It included dishes, silverware, a dishwasher, a two-burner stovetop, pots and pans, a full-size microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. It was a convenient setup for anyone staying more than a night or two. One thing that took a minute to figure out was the keycard power activation slot inside the room. When I first arrived, there was no power, and I did not immediately realize the room key needed to be inserted into the slot. I wish that had been explained during check-in. The in-room coffee carafe was also a little annoying. The pour spout is positioned at an angle, which makes it awkward to pour. I ended up cleaning up an avoidable coffee mess because it was not designed like a standard carafe. A unique feature of this Staybridge Suites is that they offer not only a breakfast buffet, but a dinner buffet as well. Kudos to whoever made the decision to provide that. It is a thoughtful benefit that adds real value to the stay. Despite the minor inconveniences, I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

  The staff are the biggest strength of this hotel. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food is also a highlight, and the room was comfortable, with a good bed and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. The biggest downside is the hotel’s Wi-Fi. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst Wi-Fi connections I have ever experienced. I’ll attach a screenshot of the download speed because it was genuinely that bad. If you need the internet for work, gaming, or even watching a YouTube video, be aware that it may not meet your needs. Another issue was that the TV in my room didn’t work. However, the hotel has a common area with a good TV, which allowed me to watch the games. Overall, it’s a good hotel with excellent staff, good food, and comfortable rooms. Just be cautious if having a reliable internet connection is important to you.
