- SMSamantha May1 day ago3.0Rooms are small and dated, wasn't very clean and had a overwhelming smell of cleaner or carpet spray. I found somones i.d in the pull out couch. The hotel is nice but needs some upgrades. The pool and Jacuzzi are nice and the breakfast staff were beyond kind and helpful.

They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, and their amazing service made my entire stay even better. It’s people like Linda and Kevin who make a hotel feel like so much more than just a place to stay. Crowne Plaza, you are incredibly lucky to have them representing your hotel! I truly appreciate everything they did to make me feel so welcome.

An important stand out is the amazing experience we had with both Kevin and Malak as our bartenders both nights. Not only were they super attentive and personable, they contributed to a super fun experience. If I lived in the area, we would swing in simply to see them. We will be back!
- MPMariah ParrishAug 22, 20261.0This hotel is absolutely awful, I would never stay here again. We attempted to stay here for three nights for a staycation. The first room we were given wasn’t clean, there was hair and food crumbs all over the bathroom. The second room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The third room seemed fine and at this point we had spent over 90 min “checking in” and we were now late for the event we had tickets to so we had to accept it and move on. When we returned from the event, we learned that the ac unit had an extremely loud, consistent buzzing sound and our fridge didn’t work. The front desk staff were extremely apathetic and unhelpful all three times. We ended up booking a different hotel and leaving which really negatively impacted and caused distributions to our weekend plans.
