  Julie and Haley were absolutely amazing. They made our business trip with UWM so much fun! We were given such amazing service - I felt right at home with the hospitality provided. Thank you both for such a memorable, amazing experience!

  The night guy was amazing. I had just hit a deer and ruined my rental, and he was very sympanthetic and positive, and he really Improved my demeanor. He was intuitive and understanding, even when I got a noise complaint because I was over excited about the accident, he was very gracious and understanding. I wish I knew his name but he seems to be one of the few people you come across who are genuinely concerned and accepting about your situation. He was so polite and I am embarrassed that I put him in the position to have to tell me I'm being too loud. Anywho, shout-out to the night shift guy here. And if ur mean to him, u suck. Sir, honestly, thank you

  Nice staff Clean and nice rooms 24 hr fast food across the street Gas station near by Nice clean pool i would definitely stay here on my next visit

  The room gave me the ick 🤢. The light fixture in the room appeared to have some black growth around it. The bathroom had residual dry wall material from what I speculate was previous repairs. The walls appeared to have dried liquid drips. The room served its purpose as a place to sleep I wouldn’t be excited for a second night haha. Great views of Auburn Hills 😍

  Didn’t allow an early check in which I needed in order to get ready for a wedding, they said because I booked through a third party? Not sure how that’s relevant, I booked a room, that’s all that matters. 4:30am the entire building evacuates for a fire alarm, they tell us after 30 min it was a false alarm. 9am housekeeping walks right into my room, no knock, even with my DND sign up. After I dismissed them they went to the room next door and played Spanish music on full blast. I’ve called guest relations numerous times to be told each time the manager of this location, Julian, will be contacting me within 2 days. After that never happened several times they straight up admitted that they can’t guarantee he will call back, because he doesn’t always follow through with complaints (their words not mine). They recommended I call the location directly. Several attempts calling the location directly only to never get Julian on the phone, just continuously told he isn’t available and to call between 9-5. After I did that 3 days in a row and left my name and number each time, they said oh he’s in between 10:30am-11am until around 7pm. All of a sudden his shift changed? This is an abysmal joke and would never recommend anyone to stay here. This hotel should only be used as a parking lot to turn around in.
