  A hotel so bad you just have to laugh. 1. Stayed at hotel for four nights. One night housekeeping forgot to make the room entirely second night. They only changed towels Forgot to make the bed. 2. I requested a quiet room. I checked in around 8 PM was helped by a very sweet African-American young lady with glasses. She told me very politely they were full, but if it was too noisy, they could switch me the following night. Without asking a middle-aged white woman with short Hair interceded raised her voice and said “were are full There’s nothing we can do about it.” Strange neither the young African-American lady was helping me nor myself had asked her colleague for assistance. She just decided to give her vocal opinion on the matter. 3. Charging five dollars for a very mediocre breakfast that should’ve been included. I’m a member of their frequent stay program stayed at many best westerns first time EVER being charged for breakfast. And it was Below average at best 4. Horrible state of parking lot. Parking lot had large potholes that appeared due to lack of basic maintenance. 5. Black mold in the shower. Finally, and not the fault of the hotel, but many of the people staying there was sketchy as heck. Luckily, my car was not broken into it during my stay. The one positive I can say about hotel. If you’re traveling to see the Henry Ford, it Is a good location. Best westerns in general can be hit and miss, but this was easily the worst best Western I’ve seen in many years of traveling.

  I do not have any complaints about my stay here. It is easy to get in and out. Layout can be confusing at first but just lookout for signage. I like the aesthetic on the outside, it is unlike any other building in the area. I only stayed here for one night but the stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Overall for a simple short budget stay this place is fine

  First room they put me in the air conditioning did not work. On a 98 degree day. Check out is at 12pm for all guests. I was woken up at 8am by a housekeeper barging into the room. I told her check out is at 12 we are sleeping. Then again at 10 I was woken by the SAME housekeeper, except this time she was standing at the end of the bed my son was in, fully in the room. I had to repeatedly ask her to leave and give us privacy. Unacceptable.

  Nice hotel. Had dinner there in the restaurant with a group of 44 people on our tour bus . Stayed two nights, our first and last night on our trip . Floors could have been cleaner in the room, other than that, all was well and fine .

  Honestly didn’t have any issues with this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. You felt safe, at home and comfortable here. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and we loved it!! We booked the 2 queen beds room and it was very comfortable and lots of room! The bathroom ceiling was a little short for a 6”1 guy like myself haha! So the mirror my head wasn’t in the mirror. Oh well. That was my only problem haha. I will definitely be booking with this hotel again in the future. Even the breakfast we had was amazing!!!!! Eggs, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruits, juice, pancakes.. it keeps going! Each day they do change 2 hot trays out with something different but we still had no problems with the food. The restaurant that’s in the hotel where you get the breakfast also opens up later around 4pm for dinner. Food was delicious alcohol beverages were very good and even the staff there are amazing!! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool with no issues. Again, if you need a hotel close to the casino (15 minutes away) or want to enjoy the Henry ford museum and village or even tour the ford factory, it’s all very close. Close enough that it’s (6 minutes away)!!! Thank you staff at the Best Western greenfield in!! We loved it!!
