  Stayed here with a wheelchair confined family member. I called ahead before making the reservation to confirm that the accessible room we were booking had walk-in shower and rails at the toilet for as one would expect for a room advertised as accessible. The room had neither. We stayed in that room the first night anyways. The next day, I mentioned to one of the housekeepers about the issue and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to work with front desk staff to get us moved to a room that actually was usable. She ran up and down the stairs to check on rooms and even helped move us from the inadequate room to the room that would work for us. I wish I remembered to get her name. She made the difference as to what kind of review I would be leaving. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful for the rest of the week. The hotel needs some updating but the majority of the staff made our stay pleasant.

  Just what we needed for a quick one night stop! Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was great, real scrambled eggs and also they had pancakes and cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, veggie egg white omelette. The woman serving the breakfast was so great! She kept asking if we needed anything, promptly restocking things, etc and was so friendly! We would stay again!

  This is an older, smaller building that could be better kept. Location was excellent- within 30 min of Michigan Speedway and many chain dining options. Due to building design, people walking on floor above could be heard - they were not loud, it was building design. Liked the blackout window blinds and desk area for working. Rooms were fairly clean; bathroom had significant water damage to wall next to shower that needed to be repaired. The cleaning lady helped us swap out towels instead of doing a full cleaning (appreciated that!) Breakfast seating area is super small- wound up taking food back to room to eat.
