  The location is convenient and offers easy access to the airport, which was a definite plus. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. After showering and walking around the room barefoot, I noticed my feet became dirty, suggesting the floors had not been cleaned thoroughly. There were also several spots where the flooring felt sticky or grimy. The room met my basic needs for a one-night stay before a flight, but based on the cleanliness issues, I would likely choose a different property for future visits.

  i've stayed here many times in the last four years after moving my mother to assisted-living close by. I am a Paraplegic and require a Mobility accessible room for long-term stays of three weeks or more that won't cost me a zillion dollars when ai visit and this establishment fits the bill especially if you have the IHG credit card and can rack up points. I will say the hotel is very dated the accessible room is not perfect but it suits my needs. you cannot roll under the sink in the kitchen or the bathroom, garbage disposal button is out of reach the bed is high so in a manual Wheelchair you might have a problem but if you have a power chair that raises you up it is doable. I keep a padded shower chair at my daughter's house close by and use it when I stay for the role in shower. when I stay I have had many issues with IHG Central reservations and different personnel at the hotel with messing up my reservations over booking the room that I need (Especially with their being so few of them) but I have to give my extended gratitude to JB Who has worked the desk since I started staying here. When problems or issues with the reservations or problems with the room he has always done his best to help me out with whatever the problem is to the best of his ability and I wish IHG would recognize personnel like this and hire more of them. They seem to go through managers like underwear at both locations I have stayed at this one and the Candlewood suites in Danvers Mass (Which I will never stay at again) But because of JB I always give the Scarborough location another shot and will probably continue to do so as long as he works here

  BEWARE GIVING ANY OF YOUR CARD INFORMATION to this hotel If I could give a zero star I would NO management on site, during the weekends to contact. not that it makes a differences management is very unprofessional rude along with front desk and housekeeping this hotel and rooms are not clean. I woke up to bug bites on my leg dirty undergarments from guest in the hallway and trash also FALSE charges on my credit card. When I left the hotel I noticed charges, I didn't authorize when trying to speak with front desk I was told I should have staff come back up to the room to verify the condition of the room. I explained I have never had staff come to inspect a room after my stay. since front desk refused to refund my card, the police were called to the hotel only for the front desk to deny access back into the room when trying to prove I was not at fault for any damages or smoking of any sorts. The police said to bring it to civil court the staff is very unprofessional and rude telling me good luck disputing any charges. The housekeeper WAS very dishonest scamming guest for cleaning charges that never happen beware I will be reaching out to the BBB

  To start, the room was nice. It was clean and there was plenty of space. Upon arrival, the location looked fine. Unfortunately there are a number of people that are just hanging around the entrances all throughout the day. The door to our building states that it is locked and you need a key to enter “for your safety”, yet at no point was this door locked. There were hand written notes on the window reminding people to not leave cigarettes on the window frame and the trash cans outside were overflowing. The most worrying part was when our key stopped working for our room, not a big deal, I went to the front desk to reset it I was not asked for any identification. So anyone could have just requested a key to my room? I do not typically write negative reviews, but please beware of staying at this location.

  I thought based on location this may be a nice place for a kid free night away. It is not. The rooms are not clean. There was a big clump of hair right on top of the shower drain. The floors had not been vacuumed or mopped. The sheets were thread bare, pilly, and rough. The incidental charge was higher than the room rate lol. The kid at the desk could use some customer service training. They didn’t even ask for my credit card and just tried to run the one I booked it with without asking, which is a credit card security nightmare. 10/10 do not recommend.
