  Went to visit my fiancée we spent three nights here, my stay was awesome room was very clean and spacious nice view from the third floor , my only issues was the room doesn’t comes with a microwave! Over all nice and clean spot to stay! I would stay here again ! Nice lil chill patio towards the back

  I asked and paid for a water view room. I could see the water but there was a huge parking lot in front a small channel. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, had to hold th ed handle for it to flush. Not a high quality room. I have stayed in better Best Westerns. Only room service was for clean towels. No channel guide for the TV.

  It was a love-hate experience. The best views you can imagine, comfortable bed, nice, large television. The cons... a toilet that broke daily, it should have had a sign on it that said hold handle until fully flushed. The shower was an old plastic insert shower. The carpet was filthy. The front desk lady was elitist. Upon arriving we said we were checking in... she said... to the Breakwater? What? Of course... what a nice welcome. The adirondack chairs you see on the website are reserved for restaurant patrons... so I guess bring your own chair. Also bring your own tissues, and know you only get one roll of toilet paper. You have to call to get another. After a long covid quarantine, we were excited to pick a hotel higher than our usual budget, but as my local massage therapist asked where I was staying... she remarked, I heard the interior is underwhelming... she's right.
