  They are awful towards kids. Pull the furniture out in the rooms and you can tell they don't move them to clean them. Mold behind the fridges and toilets. The manager could be a lot older or more experience. The older house keeper is quite rude and mean needs an attitude adjustment actually a few of them do. They talk about people behind their backs. They check the rooms they are in when not around Or not looking when asked not too. They could be a little less pricey for what people have to deal with. All the carpets need a good cleaning. The way the treat kids alone makes me not want to go back to them and i have letting people i know all this and my work will not be booking with them again. Sorry not sorry. Hope to see or hear of changes to this before i even think about coming back i may just got to the hire ups on all this maybe things will change then.

  The room stunk like feet. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the ladies behind the desk. They KNEW and put customers in the room anyway. At breakfast the yogurt machine was inoperable and both coffee machines were bad (IMO)- one brewed watery coffee the other was supposed to brew a cappuccino but brewed a chocolaty coffee instead (?)

  Eric and Kaye were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help us navigate a complex situation with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. Their level of service is truly rare these days, and it made a stressful time so much easier to manage. We’re so grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again because of them.

  sara was incredibly helpful : -) she went out of her way to always help- even vacuumed / cleaned our room when nobody else could. Does her job plus more. Will definitely be back just to see her & Eric !!

  I booked this place specifically for the whirlpool suite. I got into the room and there was no whirlpool tub. Asked the front desk person and he said that suite doesn't exist anymore. Gave me 10% off for the problem, okay fine. Went to get breakfast the next day at 8:15 and everything was already gone. Super disappointing stay.
