  My honest assessment is that this property is very run-down and in significant need of renovation. The rooms are extremely dated, and the beds, furnishings, and overall décor appear worn and well past their prime. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned Room 253, which was not satisfactory. I was then offered a second room, Room 149, but unfortunately, it was also not up to an acceptable standard. Neither room appeared to have been renovated, and both showed significant signs of age and wear, including stained carpeting and outdated, poorly maintained bathrooms. As a result, I decided to check out and stay at another hotel. I was particularly disappointed because the condition of the property did not appear to match the photographs posted by other guests. Based on my experience, I questioned whether some of those photographs may have been from a different or renovated Best Western property, as they did not reflect the condition of the rooms I was provided. There were also noticeable odours of marijuana during my stay, along with what I felt was a considerable amount of questionable activity occurring around the property. This further contributed to my discomfort and overall negative impression. In my opinion, this hotel requires a complete renovation and significant investment to bring it up to a modern, clean, and comfortable standard. The overall condition and atmosphere gave me the impression of an inexpensive motel from the 1980s rather than a properly maintained hotel. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Rooms 253 and 149, I would not recommend staying at this property in its current condition.

  My stay at this Best Western was solid! I visited for a work trip and only stayed one night. The hotel room was clean and well prepared, the front desk was helpful and accommodating, and they provided complimentary breakfast. I'd stay here again!

  Very clean! Breakfast served 3 entrees, waffles, assorted breads to toast, farm fresh yogurt with assorted fruit and granola. There was also sausage gravy, very good! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for shopping and restaurants!

  We stayed for one night, if we could have seen the room 104 before we paid we would have found another hotel. This room was damp, smelly and not very clean. The breakfast was great, staff were ok, but our stay wasnt good due to the poor quality/state of the room.

  The rooms were average overall. However there was so much weed smell the second I entered the second floor. The bed also made a loud metal creaking sound when I entered it. Thankfully not while sleeping but while sitting on it, it sounded like an industrial factory. I woke up at 6:30 am because of a strong weed smell penetrating into the smoke free room. Yuck! Left the hotel shortly after. The room price was so high for such poor quality. Save yourself some money and a headache by simply sleeping outside for free like the woodchucks I saw from the window.
