  I would first like to say that I have stayed at IHG properties many times and have generally been very satisfied with my experiences. Unfortunately, my stay at the Waldorf location was extremely disappointing. I chose this hotel because it offers pet-friendly accommodations, as we were traveling with our Yorkie. Due to having a pet, we were assigned a room on the first floor. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong mildew odor and excessive humidity, despite the air conditioning running. The smell was so overwhelming that it was difficult to believe the condition of the room had gone unnoticed. I requested a room change, and while the staff accommodated the request, the second room—located just one door away—had the same strong mildew odor and damp atmosphere. The conditions were so uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep in the room and ultimately left to stay with a family member, while my husband and dog remained at the hotel. In previous experiences with pet-friendly accommodations, I have noticed that many hotels use hard-surface flooring rather than carpet in designated pet rooms. Based on my experience at this property, I would strongly recommend removing the carpeting in the first-floor pet-friendly rooms, as it may be contributing to the odor and moisture issues. I sincerely hope improvements are made to these rooms, as no paying guest should be expected to stay in such conditions. This experience fell far below the standards I have come to expect from IHG properties.

  Had a family event and had a couple of family getting rooms at spark but we decided to rent here because of the pool ....unfortunately it wasn't working the lady at the front desk said it was closed indefinitely...we got there Friday night and Saturday morning at around 12 they had not come to clean our room I called help desk because we needed towels and had a lot of garbage and asked where we could take the garbage he said someone would go but nobody showed up we went to our event around 5pm and the guy at the asked if someone went to our room and I said not yet I would think that they would get atleast the towels but when we got back around 3am they still hadn't picked up the garbage or given us the towels..on Sunday morning they came at like 11 but we were already packing up to go the only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast ...our room smelled bad like humid and im just annoyed with the service I even tried asking one of the ladies that was cleaning but she said that wasn't her area the best were not comfortable i felt like I kept syncing in i definitely wouldn't stay there again

  Good hotel. Do not try and call and book through the internet. They use an A.I bot that will frustrate you. Other than that, it's a good hotel with friendly employees

  My family of 8 unexpectedly needed a place to stay after having issues with an Airbnb we had reserved for a Friday–Sunday stay. We needed 3 rooms on very short notice, and Lonise and Larissa at the front desk truly went above and beyond to help us. We arrived around 7:00 a.m. on Saturday after explaining the situation with our Airbnb host, and Lonise and Larissa worked with us to accommodate our family. Not only were we able to check in incredibly early, but they also arranged for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor and within a door or two of each other, which meant so much to us. This was especially important because my cousin was graduating with her Master’s degree that afternoon at 3:00 p.m., and having a clean, comfortable place to get settled and prepare for such a special day made all the difference. The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were spotless. But what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. I have never experienced being able to check into a hotel that early, and their kindness and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Lonise and Larissa were truly heaven-sent, and my family and I are so grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier. We will absolutely stay here again!
