  Wow wow WOW!! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We had a very early fly-in and the staff were accommodating to take our bags prior to check in, so we could go ahead and start our day in DC. After our overnight flight, they even let us eat breakfast to start our day on the right foot. The breakfast had a wonderful variety, having something a little different each day. There was one particular lady working the breakfast area (who seemed to wear a bun each day), who was very kind, efficient, and always wore a smile while keeping the breakfast area stocked. The man with the earrings/piercings at the check in desk was absolutely hilarious and extremely helpful our entire stay. The room was very clean, and the bed sheets smelled sooooo good, I started to ask what detergent they used because it was seriously THAT good. Not a bad walk to the metro station. Night time was a little noisy with street traffic and music, but that’s not really the hotels fault.

  Wonderful stay at this location. The staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Recent remodel was a pleasant surprise since my last visit in 2025. The General Manager is an extraordinary leader! He models customer service excellence for his staff. I was very impressed.

  Don’t like other holidays inn. That’s much more worse The elevator only works with the down button. A label should be posted stating that only the down button works. If a guest hasn't left by eleven o'clock, you shouldn't say, "I'm the manager, I'm going to charge you a late check-out fee." Keep in mind that the standard of your hotel is for middle-class customers. There's no need to be unreasonable like driving away homeless people. Your best approach is to say, "What time do you plan to leave? If it's too late, we will charge you a late check-out fee." Additionally, other branches of your hotel won't use such half-threats to drive people away.

  I'm writing this on behalf of my family, who had a deeply disrespectful experience at this hotel. My family arrived 4 minutes early for check-in and was told they couldn't be processed. Two minutes before their actual check-in time, another guest stepped into the line and was allowed through, while they were still turned away. The disrespect didn't stop there. Staff initially assured them they did not need to swap rooms, but the next morning they were told, at the last minute, that they would have to. No advance notice, no explanation, no option to push back. Leaving my family to leave their stuff in the room. They had two separate bookings at this property. After they left a comment in the system about the service they received, and the issue with the morning room swap, the manager canceled their second booking in retaliation. They were then left to find another hotel at 11:00 PM. This isn't a simple scheduling mix-up. It's a pattern of childish, retaliatory behavior by management. My family was punished for voicing a complaint about a service issue. They will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to book elsewhere.

  My husband I stayed at this hotel for two weeks just on vacation visiting my hometown. Not only was Kevin impressed we were extremely happy with our stay. Malachi, Edward, Else were so kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable and really pulled out the royalty treatment!!!! Also thanks to the team for exceptional breakfast daily and keeping the coffee and tea bar filled and lastly Veronica who cleaned our from daily and always was so friendly ! Thank you again , we will be back and I will recommend.
