  The breakfast was great and staff was super friendly. The rooom was clean. There was construction going on and only one elevator worked. It's covenantly located near a parking garage and subway or Metro. The garages are easy walks and free on nights and Sunday. We had great time seeing all of the DC sights on the cheap.

  As a customer from the midwest, I can tell you that the quality of customer service where I am coming from is much much better than what I experienced in this Holiday Inn Express. • Very limited parking spaces. I had to park on the street and pay for ir. • The elevador was almost completely dark. • Going into the room assigned to me, I did not smell freshness. • Very old microwave and, Iron and Iron board. • Bathroom shower door not functioning properly. • In the breakfast room, I felt as if someone was watching how much food I was eating. Good customer service is what makes América different than many other places.

  Not sure why people leave negative reviews for this place. I had a wonderful stay. This hotel goes above and beyond with their service! Every interaction with the staff was great! Also, a nice surprise is their breakfast items are better than other Holiday Inn Expresses. I will stay here again. 😊

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — right in the prime area of the city, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. A special shoutout to Allexis at the front desk — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, clean rooms, and friendly service!

  This what I found walking into the hotel at 2 am when I bring to the attention of the staff they try to say that they will accommodate me with rewards points then proceed to charge me smoking fee that I never smoked in the room so if u smoke cigarettes or marijuana and go back in they will charge you an extra 300 dollar fee on top of what your charged and yes that is the biggest roach I ever seen !! No I will not get my post taken down worst place to stay in dc !! Also they took my stay off there site so I can’t leave a review on there website ! But yes they have roaches if you need photos they should be on this review . Watch out for this place !
