    Empathy,swift problen solving, strong leadership, active listening, treats staff and customers with patience and respect, identifies potential issues before they escalate, maintains high standards. Room was good. Breakfast was excellent variety, fresh fruits and staff was very attentive. Surroudings very clean and variety of stores and restaurants.

    Terrible experience from start to end. Took 30 min to check in during peak check in time due to only having one person at the front desk. Here is a tip, dont wipe your nose with your hand before you hand key cards to patrons. No TV remote in the room. Phone didnt work to call the front desk. Took them 2 hours to find a remote. Sleep was limited due to kids running up and down the outside corridor and Dogs constantly barking. Shower controls were in rough shape and very poor water pressure.

    The property is fenced in and you have to have a room key to get through the gate. Definitely feel safe if traveling alone. Very clean, dog friendly, quiet and staff was very nice

    We stayed overnight at Best Western in Salisbury and had a fantastic experience. The property is very clean and clearly recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent. A special thank you to Kenny, the general manager, who was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. That level of service really stood out. Pet-friendly, welcoming staff, and overall a smooth, comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.
