  I love EVEN Hotel Rockville, and I especially wanted to recognize Rosie and Maria for making the checkout process so pleasant. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Checking out was quick, easy, and they made sure everything was taken care of before I left. It’s always the people who make a hotel stand out, and Rosie and Maria are a great example of that. Their warm attitude and excellent customer service left me with a great final impression of my stay. The hotel itself continues to impress as well—it’s clean, modern, and very well maintained. Combined with a fantastic fitness center and an outstanding staff, it made for an excellent experience from check-in to checkout. Thank you, Rosie and Maria, for ending my stay on such a positive note. I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

  I had a wonderful stay at EVEN Hotel Rockville! The entire property was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Everything felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Diego, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my reservation. He worked hard to make sure everything was sorted out and that I was checked in smoothly. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made a stressful situation easy, and I really appreciated the extra effort. The only small thing I’d mention is that the rooms don’t actually have exercise equipment in them as I had expected. That said, it honestly didn’t matter because the fitness center is absolutely amazing—it’s one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay and experience. Great hotel, excellent staff, and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

  Two years in a row we’ve stayed here at the same time. Two years in a row one elevator has been out of order. Hotel was completely booked so you can imagine the wait times of a 7 floor hotel. We were there for 6 days and it never worked this time last time it worked on our last day. Rooms still have old decor from when they were touted as work out rooms. Hard to describe, but believe me. I had a two bed room. For me it was fine, but if there was three people in the room it would have been cramped. It is at the end of a large apt complex and modern strip mall shopping area that has everything you might need on a trip. Lots of restaurants in area.

  I stayed for almost an entire month. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The employees are very polite. I was impressed with how even the little things get done like oiling stainless steel surfaces to prevent rust and constant paint touch up jobs. There is incredible pride and work that goes into keeping this place clean and good looking. The parking fee is not ideal but is economical for Rockville. The location is excellent. You will not get better for the price. My only complaints were I wish there was a guest self laundry and the rooms had a microwave. Still highly pleased. 5 stars from me.

  I had paid for my room with points and cash, but (as is standard procedure) had a hold placed on my credit card for $50 upon check-in. A problem arose when $34.50 of that deposit was retained by the hotel. I reached out to the establishment, and the charge was reversed within 48 hours. That's an indicator of an honest, reputable business. Upon check-in on Wednesday, June 24th (a little after 4 pm), I was greeted by a very friendly female receptionist who gave me a complimentary bottle of water and a bag of chips for being an IHG member. Upon check--out Thursday, June 25th, around 10:30 am, another female receptionist gave me equally friendly service. My room was clean, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located within two blocks of the Twinbrook Metro station and adjacent to grocery stores and restaurants. I can't comment on the gym because I had come to Maryland for a doctor's appointment and couldn't exercise that day or the next. I can't speak to the breakfast offerings because free breakfast wasn't included in my room rate (my only real complaint).
