  This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. They thought of everything and make it all pretty easy. The suites are comfortable, spacious, modern, have a great view of the ocean, and have a full kitchen and living room. The pools are great, and have bar service for parents. Easy access to the beach and easy ability to go back forth to the pool and the hotel. Food at the hotel is pretty good and they provide pool towels and free laundry. Very convenient.

  We love This Hotel, the best to stay at ocean city Maryland. Is perfect, my 9 years old sun absolutely loves staying there. We’ve already been there twice; this year will be our third time at this hotel. Everything is great.

  Room was very tired with nearly every wall paper seam coming apart. Its difficult to understand why this room would have been allowed to be in inventory with that condition. Service was ok. Breakfast two mornings was very labored with tired chairs that make the seating height uncomfortable. Sunday morning our server forgot our food that was sitting on the counter for a confirmed 20 minutes - the cook reminded the server 5 times. When the cook alerted the server, he said "I got it" and she replied "I don't think you do". Thus, we ate a cold breakfast. Service at the pool bar was fantastic with Adam - he made the whole stay and took care of my family and even walked over several food orders to the kids pool side. Overall, for the price, the hotel room really needed some basic attention and the fact that wall paper was peeling off signals the level of care for the quality of room. Room inspections are a thing and this room should not have been available for inventory - #706.

  Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We had an excellent view of the ocean and the pools were wonderful! My daughter LOVED the kids activity pool. Poolside service was a huge plus. Convenient location as well. Being on the boardwalk really wasn’t bad either. No noise that we really heard from the sixth floor. So nice to be able to walk right out onto it. Also close the the fractured prune!!! Would highly recommend staying here.

  Hotel was great. Room was great. View was great. Location is great. Unfortunately this hotel has a female lifeguard who has no interest in rescuing kids struggling in the pool. She is Spanish and a bit larger than all the other lifeguards there. She watched our son almost drown and when I asked her to jump on and save him, she said no and that I can do it. Other parents also witnessed this lifeguard not help other struggling kids. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Unfortunately even after speaking to a supervisor about the situation, they put that same lifeguard back out at the pool the rest of the weekend. Obviously hotel staff doesn’t care about the safety of children in the pool. I would beware if you have young kids and wanted to take advantage of the kids pool area.
