  I’m extremely disappointed with my stay here, especially considering we paid nearly $500 per night. At that price point, I expected a clean, comfortable room and a much higher standard of accommodations. Unfortunately, the floors are so wet and dirty that I don’t even feel comfortable letting my children walk around without crocs. The bathtub was not properly cleaned, it’s chipped and the sheets actually feel damp, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The beds advertised as queens feel much more like full-size beds, and even something as basic as being able to access Netflix or modern streaming options on the TV isn’t available. Princess Royale is normally our go-to hotel, and the only reason I chose to stay here instead was because they only had a king suite available. I am seriously considering going there and swallowing the additional cost. I genuinely regret that decision. For almost $500 a night, I never imagined I would be sitting here thinking that I’ve stayed in motels with cleaner, better-maintained rooms. I feel like I completely wasted my money. I don’t expect perfection, but clean floors, clean bedding, a clean bathroom, properly maintained walls, and accurately represented beds should be the bare minimum—especially at this price. I came here expecting a nice experience with my children, and instead I’m incredibly disappointed. I truly wish I had booked elsewhere.

  Very outdated and run-down hotel. The property looks nothing like the pictures, and the rooms and common areas are in serious need of renovation. Definitely not worth the price.

  $500 a night and they stole my weed. Ruined my vacation. My ID is expired and the valid license I had isn't on me so I can't just go to thr dispensary to replace it. So much money you shouldn't get stolen from ever for any price. But at $500 a night ti be stolen from my room. It's absolutely intolerable.

  Got into the room and it was visibly dirty. Carpet had debris and was stained. The bathroom was very dirty, lots of hair in the sink, tub, and floor. I ended up going to Walmart to get cleaning supplies myself to clean the bathroom properly. The AC unit was moldy and smelled terrible, mold in the shower. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
