  On Aug 24th I visited this hotel . As you pull up to the hotel the hotel clerk Jamie is outside smoking in front of the hotel which makes the place look like a low class establishment. Next prior to arrival I called the hotel and asked if they had two suite rooms side by side they said yes . However when I asked Jaime for those rooms she said it wasn’t available even though I booked them. I took the available rooms she offered me . I was told to swipe my card for incidentals which I did I was charged twice in the amount of $167.48 . Upon check out the charges where supposed to be reversed and a refund given which didn’t occur. I called the hotel on Aug 28th to find out why my incidentals refund was not given and Jaime denies even charging my card saying we never charged you anything. I then spoke with GM Marie who states to me that they have no record of the charges and told me to dispute the charges with my bank. This hotel has some shady business practices and they took my money for service that was not rendered. Finally the rooms are older and in disrepair. Buyer be ware!!!!

  Cheap and close to the beach! There was garbage from the previous guests and the beds weren't made the best. The walls are not sound proof as we heard a group of teenagers partying next to our room for the majority of our stay. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating however, so if we came to them with a problem they were quick to help.

  We had a great time staying here. We stayed one night and two days at this hotel. The hotel and room are neat and clean. I want to mention that the front desk lady, Jamie, was very sweet, attentive, always smiling, and helpful throughout our stay.

  Hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and polite! The location is fantastic as it's nearby restaurants, bars, ice cream, and best of all, a walk way straight to the beach. Breakfast was fresh and hot, 24/7 coffee is amazing, and there is plenty of parking. The only couple of issues I am bringing up are the cleanliness of the floors and the horrendous noise from all the doors shutting. We ended up asking an employee to borrow a vacuum as there was hair and crumbs on the carpet/tile, and if you have young children or infants I would be aware of "nap-time" or quiet time. All of the doors slam as they are being shut/let go and sometimes it brought us out of sleep or became too much to deal with when a neighboring group of teens were in and out most of the night. The front desk attendant even admitted they are extremely loud even on the first floor when she is working. Other than that, it was a great stay.

  I checked in around 6:30 PM. Elite status not acknowledged. Upon arrival, my room was extremely dirty and dingy. There were visible orange snack crumbs on the carpet and near the refrigerator. There was trash on the side of the bed, quite visible to me -- plastic wrapper and cardboard pieces. The wooden "wall" casing for the refrigerator was BROKEN and not nailed in securely (video proof). There were dirty finger prints IN THE SHOWER on the tiles and on the shower curtain. Two of the three sets of bath towels were stained and needed to be replaced. Upon arrival the beds looked disheveled and ultimately needed new duvets because housekeeping agreed that the beds looked used. The receptionist at the time was very defensive when I called to explain that my room was dingy and dirty and it was only when I mentioned escalation and needing to speak to a supervisor did she reluctantly send two helpful staff members, who saw everything that was wrong with the room. Additionally, housekeeping was incredibly loud and vulgar during their morning rounds (video proof.) Since this was a business trip, I will absolutely not return, regardless of the convenient proximity to the venue I was there to work, especially for the price.
