  I stayed at this hotel for BTS Arirang tour in Baltimore and my stay was fabulous! Gisel and E were so helpful, understanding and did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. I don’t have any complaints about my stay.

  The room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Updated showers. I did miss having a coffee machine in the room, but you can get a cup in the lobby at any time. The front desk agent by the name of Ifiok was amazing. Great people skills, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful; made me feel at home. The rates weren't bad either, however I feel the parking should be free.

  What started as an extremely frustrating experience with Priceline ended up being one of the best examples of customer service I’ve experienced! I accidentally booked this location through Priceline while trying to extend my stay at another hotel nearby. Priceline was absolutely NO help in resolving the mistake, despite me reaching out immediately. By the time I contacted the hotel directly, I was already frustrated and honestly not looking forward to the stay. Enter Sam, the manager, and E at the front desk — they completely changed my experience! ❤️ Although they weren’t able to cancel the nonrefundable Priceline reservation, they went above and beyond to help me. They allowed me to check in early, waived the early check-in fee, and were incredibly personable, understanding, and welcoming. They literally turned my frown upside down! 😊 Sometimes a mistake puts you exactly where you’re supposed to be. What started as me wanting OUT of this reservation ended with me being genuinely happy I ended up here. Priceline may have gotten me here by , but Sam and E are the reason I’d come back on purpose! Do NOT pass this location up — you’ll regret it! ❤️

  The power went out the moment we got there. No power means no AC and no WiFi. It was the middle of August so humidity was horrible inside. The room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. Unfortunately we couldn’t change rooms due to the hotel being fully booked for the ongoing concert that day. The staff was understanding and the guy at the front desk (African American I think, sorry I forget his name, Sid… maybe?) was nice and well to work with. There was a bald middle aged Indian guy who had a flat and sad affect to him that made us feel uncomfortable, not sure if he was the manager on duty but if he was; smile, it makes a difference in how your guests feel when they arrive.

  Free shuttle from BWI, pick up is smooth and easy (call front desk when you arrive at the airport, wait for them at upper level Door 5, takes about 15 minutes for shuttle to come). Free breakfast is extensive -- just about anything and everything you can think of in a typical mid-tier hotel breakfast. Located in the middle of a business park so food options for lunch/dinner are limited if you don't have your own car. Room smelled musty and bed was saggy (hotel could probably use some updating). Overall this place is good enough for one night.
