  Beautiful hotel really nice people wish we could have stayed but no pets but they were very kind and understanding. I highly recommend. Next time I don't have cat I will stay!!!! 100%. Thank you so much for your hospitality and getting me on my way safely. As a cancer patient it's the small things that matter.

  Staff were warm, receptive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The shuttle drivers were outstanding, especially Eric, who consistently went out of his way to take care of us. Their positive attitudes felt authentic and focused on providing the best possible customer service from airport pickup to drop-off. Thank you for taking such great care of my family, and all the best to the entire team.

  We stayed here for my girlfriend's birthday and overall were very satisfied with our stay. We did have a small hiccup as we woke up after our first night to dripping water in our ceiling, but the staff went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They allowed us to put our belongings behind their counter while maintenance handled it while we were out for the day, and upon our return from our day out, had fixed the issue and we got back into our room without any other issues. Also, I should mention parking here is very challenging. The hotel fills up and there aren't enough spaces for the number of rooms they have, so if you arrive later in the evening, you may find yourself without a place to park and have to wait for someone to leave to take their spot. There isn't really any fix for this as the property is packed in pretty tightly, so it's best to arrive early to make sure you've got a place to park. Finally, I want to shout out two of the employees here, Al and Sam. Both went well above and beyond to help us with the couple little issues we had, and were extraordinary with their hospitality. They deserve ALL the kudos that the corporate and ownership can give them! While we may not stay at this location in the future for simple vacations, if we ever need a hotel for travel in and out of BWI, this hotel will absolutely be at the top of our list!

  At check-in we were given a room that had not been cleaned( messy bed and dirty towels on the floor) however it was immediately rectified and we were given another room. Our room was large with a pull out couch, the bed king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice but a cramped, it did have a large sink area with adjustable lighting which was nice. The hotel has a nice pool downstairs across from the gym area. **THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL STAFFS FAULT** but I do want to mention some guests are very disrespectful to common shared areas...the bathroom/ changing room for the pool was left a mess as well as with no diving signs clearly posted they do it anyway...they disregard the non smoking policy and will smoke right at the doors ( cigarettes and weed). Some parents leave children unattended to roam around inside and outside in the patking lot.The parking is terrible and its a $6 per night charge. Do not park in the neighboring hotels lots or you will get towed. There is a hot breakfast area but when we arrived it had been picked over so we declined. The staff is very nice especially a gentleman perhaps maintenance or housekeeping that always greeted us when we passed in the hallways. There is a desk/ workspace and a safe in the rooms as well. Overall it was a decent stay and we will probobly visit again if the need arrives.

  I recently stayed here and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff made me feel welcome and were always friendly whenever I had a question or needed anything. One thing that really stood out to me was how easy and relaxing my stay felt. The room was comfortable, the common areas were clean, and everything seemed well organized. It’s clear that the people who run this hotel genuinely care about their guests and work hard to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable one!
