  Calvin was a great driver! Picked is up quick after airline connection missed on last flight out late. Nice and close to the airport.

  The staff here truly went above and beyond! Our group of 12 arrived close to midnight, exhausted and hungry after a long day of travel. The front desk was incredibly welcoming, our shuttle driver helped with all our luggage, and the bar staff even reopened so we could enjoy some drinks and unwind. The hospitality and kindness we received were exceptional! We truly appreciated everyone going the extra mile to make us feel welcome!

  First impression was at the airport where we were met by Calvin a professional, helpful and a polite person. Who was patient and positive the whole time. The restaurant was amazing the food and service was wonderful. Thank you!

  Stayed at this hotel recently and only have great things to say! All of the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Joe, the gentleman who drove my friends and I from the airport to the hotel on the shuttle. He had to make several trips due to our group size and we had a lot of luggage. He was extremely patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. Checking in & checking out, the folks working at the desk were very nice as well. They accommodated our group with late checkouts due to our hectic schedule. This hotel has great things going on with amazing staff and clean rooms. Thanks for a wonderful experience after such a long trip.

  A flight delayed by 5 hours from BWI to Boston. Other flights unavailable. Not wanting to take the chance of a delay turning into a cancellation, I took Google's advice, canceled my flight and rescheduled for first thing next morning, then looked to book a room. This hotel came up as the first suggestion. The free airport shuttle clinched it, as I was already fatigued by a very early morning and long first leg, and in no mood for research or rideshare. Calvin showed up 10 minutes later, helped me with my luggage, and made pleasant conversation during the brief ride. He lent a sympathetic ear to my troubles which I am grateful for, as I needed a sympathetic ear at that point. Thank you, Calvin! I really like the hotel. I had some trouble understanding the front desk person on the phone because of all the airport noise, but they were patient with me. The room was spacious and looked and smelled clean. Some of the wooden furniture is worn and perhaps the carpet could use a deep clean, but nothing out of the ordinary for a busy commercial hotel and that's why you bring slippers. The bedding and bathroom linens were sparkling clean. The washcloths are folded into little fan shapes and tucked into the folds of the hand towels, a very cute touch which means more than you think it will when you're tired and a little sad and just want some nice things to happen. The fridge and the microwave worked fine and the AC was brilliantly cold, which is just how I like it when I'm sleeping. I wish I had more time to stay in this very nice hotel that seems well managed and has a calm and quiet vibe. I can't comment on the breakfast because I had to leave before dawn next morning. I came from a hotel in the Southwest that was cool and hip but lacked basic human hotel comforts like free coffee in the lobby, a snack shop, and a Keurig in the room. I would take a well-run, clean and friendly commercial hotel like this one, even one that could use a bit of sprucing here and there, any day over one that's decorated real groovy but doesn't meet the basic expectations for comfort and convenience the modern traveler expects. I have no business or personal connections in Baltimore, but if I ever do I'm going to stay here again as long as they have the same manager. :-)
