  Only giving 4 stars because of some confusion when checking in (needed the shuttle ride and wasn’t told we needed to schedule a spot). The ladies working this morning were very helpful and patient as my husband was a lil snippy. Teshia went above and beyond to help us get to the airport and make our flight. We had 7 duffel bags and a pet. She’s a rockstar! Thank you again!!

  I’m extremely happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also amazing and tasted fresh and homemade. I had the turkey burger, and it was delicious! They also offer a convenient shuttle service, which made getting around much easier. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  We stayed here during our trip to Baltimore for the BTS concert and had a very positive experience overall! The staff were extremely friendly, especially Shade, who checked us in and made sure we were well taken care of with the shuttle transportation to and from the airport. She really went above and beyond to make us feel warmly welcomed, and her hospitality made a great first impression. Breakfast didn’t have the widest selection, but everything we had was fresh, and the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. The facilities and our room were clean. The lobby area could use a little renovation or refreshing, but that didn’t take away from our stay. The location was very convenient for what we needed, and the complimentary shuttle was a huge plus and made our trip much easier. All in all, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable short stay in Baltimore.

  My husband and I decided to stop by the lounge for a drink (or two) before going to bed tonight. So glad we did! Jada was our bartender and she was fabulous! To start, GREAT mojitos! Jada was so warm and friendly. We felt an instant connection to her. She is an absolute gem of a woman and she made the start of our vacation wonderful. You can tell she loves her job and loves people. So happy to have met her!! We also wanted to acknowledge Donnell. He picked us up from the airport so we could get our car. We were greeted with a big smile and positive attitude. When I commented on how quickly he arrived, Donnell stated “well it’s hot outside and I can’t have my people burning up”. IMPRESSIVE! He was gracious, friendly and genuine. Holiday Inn corporation is lucky to have him and we are lucky to have crossed paths with him. Please do everything you can to keep Jada and Donnell on your payroll. Both of them have unmatched customer service skills are are fantastic humans!

  My flight from Chicago got delayed and had me stranded in Baltimore until the next day, after looking for options I found Holiday Inn and it was such a relief to find a place that offered we would need in such short notice. Emily from Front Desk was so nice and patient on the phone while helping me book since online it couldn’t let me. Natara from Front Desk at our arrival was so kind and friendly. The lady from the Breakfast Buffet (didn’t get the chance to ask her name) was very attentive and cordial. And the Airport Shuttle driver was also very helpful. In resume, it’s a very good hotel which can offer you breakfast and transportation to the airport.
