  We missed our flight and the staff at the Holiday Inn were amazing! Darrell was an amazing shuttle driver! Natalie at the front desk made our check in quick and seamless. Jada made sure we had food and beverages and provided amazing service!

  We always stay here for an early AM flight out of BWI. Quick shuttle right to the door. Brianna is always friendly at check in. Rell picked us up quickly from the airport back to the hotel and helped us with our bags. Easy peasy!

  If you are looking for a place to stay near BWI, this Holiday Inn is a fantastic choice, largely because of the incredible staff. I want to give a massive shout-out to Brianna, who made my visit truly memorable. Brianna is the definition of a professional.   I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay here, and that is almost entirely thanks to Brianna. While the hotel itself is great, Brianna is a absolute rockstar who takes hospitality to a whole different level. From the jump, her energy was awesome and so genuinely friendly. It’s one thing to be polite, but Brianna’s professionalism is truly exceptional; she handles everything with such grace and efficiency that it makes the entire guest experience feel seamless. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect, checking in and making sure I had everything I needed. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to their craft and so naturally gifted at making people feel at home. What really stood out was their superb customer service. Both Brianna and Emily treated me like a valued guest, not just another check‑in. They were attentive without being pushy, consistently polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the hotel, shuttle schedule, and local area. Any request I had whether it was about transportation, food options, or adjusting small details with my stay was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. Throughout my time there, they checked in to make sure everything in my room was satisfactory and that I was comfortable, which really made the hotel feel more like a welcoming, well‑run home base near the airport.
