  Great customer service. The room I stayed was perfect. It comes with a fridge and microwave. There's also a indoor heated pool.

  First time I've stayed here as competitors' hotels in the area have gotten worse over the years. About $10 more to stay here. Reviews were better than the competition so tried it. Convenient to I-68 and Cumberland is only a few minutes away. Parking was fine. Staff was efficient and nice at check in. I wasn't expecting the latest and greatest here so it works out with realistic expectations. It serves very well as a budget hotel and I'd consider staying here again along as current state is maintained or improved.

  Very nice! The pool was really great and even though I did not use , I would highly recommend for Families with kids. Breakfast was great!! Lots of choices and even hot goods which were good! Restaurant ride next door was delicious and had great service as well.Highly recommend!

  We have loved staying here in the past. Our most recent stay was truly a nightmare. It just so happened that several youth football teams descended on the hotel as soon as we arrived. I would say upwards of fifty or more children from 5 to 12 years old arrived. My wife and I brought our bags into the hotel and searched around for the elevator since we were given a room on the third floor. The hotel does not have elevators. I'm not sure how this passes ADA regulations. The kids were running wild in the pool, the parking lot, the halls of the hotel, etc. Several times we heard knocking on our door and opened our door and found at least six children sitting on the carpet out across from our door. We never saw parents with their children to monitor their behavior. We told the front desk and nothing seemed to change. Needless to say we won't be going back to this hotel again. There are a lot more choices of places to stay and we will be choosing one. The whole experience dealing with this hotel ruined our long weekend.

  It's a little dated but it is definitely worth it. The water pressure is amazing. They have a sauna. They have a gym. They have a swimming pool. They also have breakfast which is not the best but it's definitely enough to get by. People at the front desk were great. Plenty of towels beds were super comfy and the room was clean. Had a little bit of an old smell but not bad. Will definitely stay here again. Great location walkable to so many places.
